Problem with your carriers DPD
Problem was with your carriers DPD who said they had delivered the parcel when they hadn't - even sending a false photograph of the supposed delivery! Fortunately your guy Adam was extremely helpful, and the driver for DPD was very pleasant and apologetic when he did actually deliver. I suggest you take strong issue with DPD and their rubbish so-called system.
