Radio stopped working
Radio stopped working, emailed VQ, they responded immediately and sent me a new power adaptor free of charge which fixed the problem, wonderful service thank you Victoria.

I had a problem with my radio
I had a problem with my radio, I contacted the company and the service I received was excellent from start to finish. I returned the radio as requested and it has been replaced. All of this was done very quickly and I was kept informed at every point from advising me the radio had been received to the new one being delivered. Excellent customer service.

This the second Retro Mini Radio I have purchased, the first as a bedroom alarm and this one for our kitchen. It is small & neat with a very good sound quality.
