Good looking kit. Kettle fine , check toaster in the morning.

The original radio had a slight fault. I contacted the manufacturer who were extremely helpful.
They emailed me a return label which I completed and sent the radio back. I sent them proof of posting and received a new radio a few days later.
The radio is great and I understand why Which magazine gave it a best buy.
All in all I’m very pleased with the radio and the service.

This Laura Ashley China Rose 4-slice toaster was ordered from Macy's on 7/26 and it came on 7/29. Can't ask for better service.

Answered my enquiry within a couple of hours and all communication was was handled fast. This company is so professional and punctual, I have never left feedback for any other company but I was so impressed I felt it was necessary as they sorted out my query to my total satisfaction.

I'm so pleased with the response from Victoria from the customer service team. I unfortunately broke the aerial to my radio and she has replaced it for me free of charge. A really prompt response too.

Why can't all companies be has customer

Customer service provided by Victoria is superb. I love my Monty VQ radio. Its so stylish and I like that the compact size does not take up too much space on my countertop.

We received a Monty radio as a Christmas present, to replace a portable battery operated Roberts radio, in December 2024. Since then we have been trying to get the battery from MyVQ.com to make it fully portable, but it always appears to be "sold out", so we are stuck with a "mains only" radio.
After seven months of searching, we now find that there are a number of other reviews with the same complaint, one dating back to October 2024.
Do these batteries really exist?

Fast service great product

The item arrived as I was told and on time thanks.

Broken power lead, it just wore out through age. Appoached NDI to buy a new one but that was not good enough for them and they sent me a new one free of charge. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing is a bother to them. Never had a better service anywhere. Oh, and the radio is good quality too!

I contacted the company requesting to purchase a replacement power cable for my much loved Monty radio. I received this today and with no charge. Excellent customer service - thank you!

Replaced a charging cable for a fairly old Monty FOC, in the past also replaced a battery FOC. Excellent service- has to be the no1 British company for product quality and customer service.

Great product choice, fast response and service. Very pleased with my order. Had a problem (fault) which was dealt with promptly and sorted. Purchased the Cath Kidston style radio. Works really well.

I cannot thank Victoria and her colleagues enough for finding a replacement power cable compatible with my VQ Christie radio. They went above and beyond and provided a level of customer service which, to be honest, I haven't experienced in years.

It's heart-warming to hear my little music box humming again, especially knowing that the environmental impact (by virtue of replacing a part vs. the whole) is minimal.

I will be recommending them to friends and family not only on the basis of their quality products but on their exceptional correspondence and genuine interest in meeting their customers' needs. A rarity that should be the norm!

Had some problems with the power cable for the vq retro radio, which I caused myself accidentally. These people were amazing and very quickly sorted the problem out for me, really appreciated either did so promptly. Would definitely use them again

I bought a VQ Monty about 18 months ago and surprisingly, recently, it went wrong. I was expecting have to buy a replacement but in hope, rather than expectation, I contacted the company for their observations.
I must say that I have never experienced such good after sales service as I received. I was sent a prepaid label to send the defective radio back and a replacement radio was sent to me all within a week. Well done to VQ and thank you to Victoria for your help.
