Responses to my emails were immediate and helpful. Am very pleased with my Retro Mini DAB radio but the mains adaptor developed a fault. Reported it to New Dawn and they are replacing my adaptor free of charge. Excellent serice.

Victoria, VQ, thank you for your amazing service. Unable to source a battery in Jersey for my radio, I approached VQ. Victoria went out of her way to help me and within no time at all I was in receipt of my battery. I can’t recommend VQ highly enough.

I emailed VQ as I required a replacement aerial for my Monty Radio.
I sent the email at 17.29 last night and I received a reply at 09.42 from Victoria.
They are sending me a new aerial free of charge.
Deserves more than a five star review.

I cannot praise this organisation highly enough, top level customer service, even when they had no obligation to provide it. I recently bought a second hand radio from a well known auction site where the seller omitted to provide a power lead and then ignored my emails. I contacted the myvq (New Dawn Innovations Ltd) and Victoria replied to my voicemail, she has been amazing and offered to send me a cable, it arrived within two days. I was so impressed and I will buy directly from them should I need a replacement radio at any point and will also recommend them to my friends and relatives - thanks Victoria for being so helpful. With a rapidly failing battery in my Hepburn 11 radio, and unable to find my charging cable anywhere, I turned to VQ to ask where I might buy a replacement. VQ's Victoria, promptly arranged to send one urgently. Efficient and friendly service such as this is very rare today, as we all know, and so warmly welcome. I purchased a Halo portable Bluetooth speaker power bank and lantern but I needed assistance with connecting the music. Victoria gave me all the assistance and help in connecting. I cannot thank her enough and I can now relax and enjoy 5 star music.

not usin evri as there courier,its been near me in depot for days,evri just keep saying on schedule,theres no way to speak to a human,theve obvioussly lost my item,i want a refund ,it was supposedd to of took three days weeks later still no item,my vq are same as there liable ,but dont respond to emails,so theve took my money,and i have nothing,i took three days of work in end thinking it was arriving,vq should change their courierr,if they want to keep a good reputation.

I have a Monty radio, which I love (even though I have not got round to fully programming it yet). I had been waiting for the Monty battery to come into stock. I have had great and fast communication from Victoria (customer services) all the way through and she informed me when it was back in stock with a personal email. She has also helped me with small queries along the way. It is so nice dealing with this British company and receiving such good service. I would definitely recommend VQ as a company and Monty radio and battery.

Very impressed with service - item originally out of stock but company offered to notify me when back in stock. I have done this with a number of companies before but almost never get a reminder. Within a relatively short time I was notified with a link to the item - all good.

This is simply a superb small radio. The Quick Start Guide is most helpful in taking you through the stages of setting up all its functions. This radio looks and feels bespoke. Love it!

I needed a battery for a radio i purchased for granddaughter,I rang the company but unfortunately the battery was out of stock. The young lady was lovely but did not know when they would be back in stock. I was not happy but she said she would let me know when they were in. After a few weeks I thought I would hear nothing so started searching other companies no one had one.
However I have received an email telling me that the batteries are now in stock and actually sent me a link that let me straight in I have ordered and received the battery in just a couple of days.
To my mind this is a first class company I am so pleased with the fact the lady followed it through. With so many companies letting you down and not doing what they say they will this company stands out I will certainly search them first for anything I need.
