VQ Arvostelua 

I have had my Emma Bridgewater retro mini radio for over 7 years. Unfortunately my Ariel snapped. I emailed VQ Sunday night for advice. I received an email the following day from Victoria advising that she would send a replacement free of charge. So shocked and impressed. Thank you VQ. 10/10.

This radio is supposed to be the best on the market, according to Which. But it has worse DAB reception than my old Pure One Flow.
It wasn't clear to me how to decrease the screen brightness, and it's not in the tiny print user guide, but customer service was very helpful in fixing this.
I've given up trying to find a better radio and have ordered another one, along with rechargeable batteries, so as I say, best of a mediocre bunch!
Reliability of course is unknown at this stage.

We were attracted to the product by its appearance and obvious quality and by the service we received

Whilst finding gremlins doing the QR code for a warranty etc. spoke to ‘support’ who rectified it in no time.

Fast efficient and excellent.

Victoria was very helpful when my Monty Radio had a fault and helped me get it working again. Her response to my emails were so quick. Very impressed!

Just bought myself an early Christmas present, the Laura Ashley Rosemore Kettle, absolutely beautiful, very quiet, I had to keep checking if it was still on, so, so pretty, very happy with my new kettle and I love the one cup boil, another bit of savings I can add too my list

I purchased this Dexter Portable Radio from Woolacotts of Barnstaple, where I received first class service, in obtaining the product from one of their other branches. The build quality of the radio is very good, and the reception and sound quality has turned out to be better than I had expected. Thank you to all.

If I could it would be 10 out of 5! I accidentally broke my ceramic bowl from my slow cooker. I contacted VQ to see if they could help me with a replacement. Oh goodness did they help!! Yes was the reply, and less than a week later, a very well wrapped box arrived safely with the replacement bowl inside. The whole transaction took moments and less than a week from my initial email to receipt of the item. I am over the moon at how it was all dealt with by VQ. Victoria was a complete star and every time I have ever written to ask about a product in the Laura Ashley range, I always receive a reply with an answer. Just cannot fault the company or the service. You cannot go wrong with MyVQ. a superb UK company!!

I recently needed to contact VQ directly regarding my Dexter!
I the response from Victoria was simply excellent - quick response to my questions and dealt with my questions promptly.
With me finally receiving a replacement Dexter due to the problem with my existing unit.
I would highly recommend VQ.

What a refreshing change. Needed a new power cable for my Hepburn Voice speaker and was sent one free of charge within a couple of days.

Perfect I hated slow cooker but it changed my whole life only thing is the knob came off but superglue it back on all sorted

The arial snapped in an accidental fall of the radio. We emailed in and instantly we were offered a replacement for our Hepburn radio

I had an issue with my 4 year old Monty, contacted VQ, they sent me a spare cable and now it works! Fantastic customer care - well done!

VQ products are excellent, a great design and very good value for money. Customer service is exceptional and emails are answered quickly. I am recommending VQ to all my friends and family.

I ordered a radio from VQ as it was so highly recommended by Which? Unfortunately there was a fault in the radio, as it wouldn't allow me to use the pre-set facility. But the customer service, from Victoria, was excellent. She was very helpful in offering advice in case it was me being fat-fingered, then had no hesitation in accepting a return and providing a refund. That makes such a welcome change nowadays.
