I cannot believe how fantastic VQ‘s customer service has been. I contacted them after purchasing a Laura Ashley kettle from Currys in informing them that the switch had broken on the kettle after two years use and would they kindly send me a new switch to see if we could fix it and with no trouble or hesitation, they offered a replacement kettle and sent it out to me a week later this service definitely sticks and will definitely make me purchase from them again. Thank you very much for all of your help and service.

Fab customer service. I got in touch with them as my speaker had stopped working – they promptly sent me a replacement, which has resolved the issue. 😊

Mini Retro radio.
I've contacted MyQV twice, customer service is 5 star.
Only giving 4 stars though, because the radio doesn't have the same user experience on battery power as mains power. Sound is good quality and good features.

I managed to break the plug for my radio and contacted VQ to ask where I could buy another one and they sent me one out in the post - great customer service which is good to know I have 3 of the retro mini radios.

I don't know how anyone at vq has not noticed that the rechargeable battery advertised to fit the retro mini radio does not fit by a country mile. The box it comes in has a picture of a retro mini radio on and says it is compatible with but it isn't. How disappointed I was as I thought at last vq had produced a high powered rechargeable battery for the mini. I don't know how a company can it so wrong did no body check!!!!
Thanks for your reply but if there is an upgraded version why did you not call it retro mini MK2 because looking on your website you are still showing the version I own clearly showing the back panel where accepts AA batteries

I had an issue with trying to source a replacement power cable for my VQ DAB radio. I eventually emailed the company directly and received an immediate response and solution to my issue. Their customer service was outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase further products from them in the future. Thank you!

My Dab radio cable became unsafe. I messaged New Dawn and within 24 they had arranged for the cable to be replaced free of charge. I am delighted.

Amazing experience via email for a replacement Laura Ashley slow cooker lid.
I accidentally shattered mine, and reached out to Laura Ashley who directed me to VQ. They contacted me immediately via email, shipped it out at no cost to me. It arrived packaged impeccably. Could not fault their service. And they helped me use my slow cooker again!

I absolutely love my mixer! Better than kitchen aid and lots prettier too. Love that there is an extended warranty! Best gift ever!

Replaced a 30 year old Sony clock radio that had done great service. The Monty VQ is a superb replacement for us.

Seriously good and well-designed products.

Above and beyond...I have just had the most genuine and wonderful experience with this company.In particular a lady called Victoria.
She was friendly,and proffesional.
Her emails were informative and kind and her responses were immediate.
My problem was resolved within days.It resulted in a new power lead and now my Monty radio is back to normal.It's a brilliant little radio with a great sound.
This company (Victoria) has restored my faith in the importance of good customer services.....

Now you would expect if you bought something second hand off eBay and you had a problem, you'd expect the manufacturer to say "not our problem"!! This was not the case with VQ. I had a minor issue relating to storage of preset stations on my VQ Monty radio. An email to VQ's support department for help and advice. Within minutes I had a reply with an explanation of how to resolve my problem. Fantastic service.

Outstanding and prompt service when I contacted VQ this morning.
Over the years my VQ Monty has been a daily companion. It’s so appreciated I bought one for a friend who also loves his. However my power cable is suddenly hit and miss. One short email to Victoria, one back from her to confirm the model, and a replacement in the post same day. Can you beat that? One very satisfied customer, thank you.
