I have an aged joules Hepburn Voice Bluetooth/Wi-Fi speaker. It had never been used. Like new. I couldn’t work out the set up and password and next step was bin. Tragic as it was born in UK, awesome 🐝 bee design and solid as a rock. Victoria from the myVQ support team came to rescue and helped me reset and connect to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Now working perfectly and sound booming.

My email was acknowledged quickly and Victoria got back to me with clear advice and follow up answers over a couple of days.

The quality of the sound on my Monty radio is very good.
When I thought it was broken, I was very sad so I rang customer support who sent me a replacement charger and now it works perfectly. How helpful was that,

I had an issue with the battery function of my Laura Ashley Dexter radio so contacted Customer Services. Both Darren and Victoria went out of their way to try and solve the problem with questions by emails.
Unfortunately the problem persisted so I was offered a discount on a new model as mine is out of warranty.

I cannot thank Darren at My VQ enough for his attentive response to my query. I sent an email asking if it was possible to supply a replacement lid for a Laura Ashley slow cooker that was damaged. Darren replied in a prompt and helpful way offering to send a replacement lid free of charge. Thank you so much Darren for the friendly and professional way you dealt with my customer query.

I purchased 2 Monty radios a year or so ago for two of my grandkids. Last Christmas, because the radios turned out to be just excellent, my wife bought a Monty radio for ME!
However, on both occasions there was problem both with the supply of rechargeable batteries and also with securing delivery of them here to Jersey. By the way you won't find a prettier packaged battery anywhere!
fortunately on both occasions too a young lady Victoria went out of her way to ensure that, once the renewed supply of batteries was secured, I received a message immediately informing me of such and she also went out of her way to ensure that the batteries could and would be sent here to Jersey.
I can only say that as a first point of contact and 'front of house', you would be hard pressed to find a more helpful, kind and cheerful employee than Victoria. She is a credit and a great asset to the company. I wish her well.
The level of customer service is excellent and reinforces the necessary trust and reliability needed when purchasing anything on-line.
The radios are great and soon I can look forward to enjoying mine in the garden!

Great Bluetooth speaker. Bought it for my wife as a present. Power cable stopped working but the company responded immediately and sent out a replacement power cable free of charge. Great customer service.

Had a warranty issue. Victoria helped troubleshoot to resolve the problem. Very timely response.

I was trying to fill out my 24 months warranty but could not find my kettle I purchased on the website. One qick email and it was all sorted.

My Monty mains cable wore out through constant use. I think that the cable is the one and only weak point on the radio as I'd already done a repair on it. Thank you for supplying a new one so quickly free of charge. The radio itself, I'm still highly delighted with....the best radio I've ever had and not just because it was such a reasonable price.

I had a problem with the Monty battery not lasting and Victoria kept in touch with me over a few months.She organized a replacement free of charge and her service was above what I would have accepted.Would recommend the company to any one wanting a portable radio

The customer support at VQ is 100%
My first radio had a vibration issue and was swiftly replaced. The replacement had minor case damage and when reported here customer service were all over it and replaced that radio as well.
My only wish list for this radio is to have a signal strength display and a battery level indicator when playing and charging

I ordered a Laura Ashley Navy Elveden kettle and toaster bundle through currys. Its absolutely lovely! I needed help getting the extended warranty so msgd myvq. Had a very prompt, pleasant and friendly reply from Victoria, who was really helpful. Great experience, thank you.

The buttons on the VQ Monty radio feel cheap and nasty.

I have alot of problems when I press the power button to turn the radio on and off, bcos it's poorly made, so I now have to resort to unplugging it from the mains, when I want to switch off the radio.

Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone buying this radio, due to the poor quality of the unit

Cannot believe how fantastic they are, moved house lost the adapter to my VQ , contacted them , Victoria was so helpful! Sending one in the post free of charge , await to receive it…
