Company spent a month trying to access my pension with wrong company, and didn't contact me to advise, only came light when i contacted for an update. Once that was sorted everything went relatively smoothly.

Can't recommend My Pension Expert highly enough! I spoke to several colleagues over the space of a couple of weeks, and every single one was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and helpful. Special mention to my financial advisor, Emma Unsworth, for her invaluable help and support, she's amazing!
I was transferring my pension pot, as well as withdrawing the 25% tax-free amount. The whole process only took a few weeks, and they took care of everything. Communication was impeccable. I received my money much quicker than I had thought, without really having to do anything, except talk on the phone to a really lovely bunch of advisors. The world of pensions is a difficult one to navigate, but My Pension Expert guided me through it with no stress whatsoever.
