Prompt reply to online request

I had a call back within a few minutes of completing the form online. The gentleman that I spoke to called Jack asked pertinent questions to put me in contact with a suitable advisor and to make an appointment for an initial face to face meeting at my home within a week. I am very happy with the service so far and would recommend it to friends and family.
