Do Not order from this company. Took 6 months to get 2 canvases I did NOT ORDER. and paint that didn’t go with the dog painting canvases THAT I DID NOT ORDER. 6 months to mail one state away. SCAM

Do not order from this company. They are a scam. I placed an order and after months of not receiving the items asked for a refund. They told me when I receive the items I can send them back and get a refund. Months later the tracking showed the items were sent back to China and never delivered to me. My paint by numbers now refuses to respond to my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I bought 3 paint by numbers at the beginning of May. After waiting for over 3 months, I contacted Mypaintbynumbers.com and though they responded back to my many emails in a timely manner, I am still waiting with no resolution. It has now been over 5 months. The orders come from China and when I requested a refund I was told they were unable to refund my money because the order had shipped. When I pressed further I was told the paintings were sitting at the distribution center waiting to be shipped...?
I thought I had done my research because I read the reviews on their website and it received many 5-star reviews. now I am thinking they are being selective about what reviews are actually published and I am not sure I would trust it (we will see if this review shows up on their website as I wrote it there, also). I have since bought paint by numbers through a different source and not only did I receive my packages, it came with paint brushes included and a simple frame for the same price. My advice would be to do your research and find another source for your paint by numbers. Super huge hassle.

My order came after 5 month,(Beautiful Buddha and Feet in the Sea,) no painting guied , no pitcher and the canvis isn't of good quality .I tried to return them but got no where. If anyone has a guide for them please let me know.
BTW/ Masterpiece by Numbers are fantastic!

I made a purchase beginning of May, they took my mo ey with no problem. BUT now its going into October and no product. I wrote 2 e-mails, before I got a e-mail back that simply said your status has been changed to shipped. Here's your tracking number. That was August, and tracking company says no update in over 30 days. Again now going into October, and 5 un answered e-mails down. Oh wait the generated BS, we value you as a customer, blah blah blah. Do to covid 19 there has been a high volume of e-mails. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Again we are now going into October.
They need to change their mission statement, cause they don't care about the customer at all. Have no issue taking your money, but thats were it stops.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. Painting ordered on August 10th. Money taken out of my account within a day. Order confirmation received but NO confirmation that order has been processed and shipped. Only automated replies when I sent mails and NO action. Now, online order history deleted from their site.
They just give me the easy Covid excuse and so far refuse to reimburse me !

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Heed the warnings,folks.

I had a similar experience like several of the ones I've just read here, only my order took five and a half months. I ordered March 25th and received it September 11th, which was my birthday. That part was special. I was elated after having waited so long and given up on it twice and started a dispute with PayPal that I didn't go through with for different reasons and asked the company for a refund. I am very happy with my order and I have done business with this company more than once before with very different results. My conclusion is that COVID-19 has our world turned upside down and it's hurting almost every business in existence. That part is a shame. I have also concluded that I don't want to order anything else that has to come that far. There should be a disclosure somewhere on the order page telling us we're dealing with China. I don't want to do that again. Maybe most of these kits are manufactured in China? I don't know. I just know I got 8 kits in this order and I'll be busy for a while now. I'm going to do my best to find out where they're coming from before I order any more.

Received my order today, 5 months after ordering, which actually I’m quite happy with the quality and the paint included. I just wished they would have been honest about the waiting time instead of giving an untraceable tracking number. Also responding to emails would have been good customer service.

Worst Scam going! This company is in China and they ignore you after they have taken your money. Be advised to not try to order anything...you will regret it.

I ordered 2 painting kits back in April 2020. In May I received an email stating due to Covid the shipping will be delayed.I emailed them in June asking about my order. Heard NOTHING! Their website says they are located in NY but the confirmation email lists them in Canada. I got an email from a different company (Mens Belt ????) in July with a bogus tracking number. Today I received both kits!! Shipped from California. I will never order from them again! I thought they would be a canvas board but instead they are just a sheet of canvas

The website is a scam. I ordered June 14 it is now September 6th. I wrote them several times and only received automated messages. I have to call my bank now to see if I can have them credit back what I spent.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am completely disgusted with this company! I ordered back in April 2020 for a Bday gift and 5 months later I still don’t have the kit. I have sent numerous emails and only got 2 responses that mentioned the delay because of COVID. They also sent a false tracking number. When I searched the tracking number an error always came up! I then started emailing them that I don’t want their products and only a refund and still no response. I am reporting this company for fraud because what kind of company doesn’t get back to their customers! This is absolutely ridiculous.

It was hard to track but it eventually came months later. I had fun painting it and gave it to a friend. Not my favorite website to buy from but worth it to me.

Ordered a kit in June and just received it today, September 1. There were no communications on the delay, other than the normal disclaimer of "due to COVID, expect a slight delay"....I emailed from the website with no response, so I went through Paypal and requested a refund. That was the only way I got a response - which was a condescending "To Whom It May Concern", reminding me that they clearly state the slight delay in their communication.
My mom is happy with the product but I am not happy with the customer service and lack of communication.

I was excited to be able to complete a paint by number of my own photo and felt like the price was right. I ordered my kit in April...it is now Sept 1st and I have not received it. I have sent emails regarding this to the company and did receive a couple of responses saying that it had been shipped (as early as June) and that an inquiry is being made to their courier. I was not provided with the name of the courier or tracking number to research this myself. I has been over 4 months since I ordered the kit...the company will not give refunds as the image is yours...so I have had to dispute the charge on my CC from my bank. It seems like a great idea but clearly I an unable to give a review of the product...I only hope that I can give a good customer service review when and if they refund my money. I hope others have had better experiences...All I can say is buyer beware.

SCAM! Do not order from Mypaintbynumber.com. I ordered in May and it is August, and I haven't received anything. They have sent me 2 fake tracking numbers telling me my order is "on its way" and the tracking numbers only ever say "in transit" and then eventually become untraceable. I paid via Paypal and put in a claim though them, since the product was never delivered. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

I ordered from them In March, it is now August and I have received nothing. They will not respond to calls or emails and won’t refund my money. This is a terrible company that is dishonest. They take your money and leave you with nothing. No integrity, they are thieves. Amazon should not allow them to sell on their site.

Horrible company. Ordered two kits back in April and never received them. Ended up contacting the BBB back in June to help handle the situation. In July I received an email from the BBB stating they also hadn’t heard from the company. Finally, this week I magically received my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Save your time and money, order a kit from somewhere else.

These people are thieves! Do NOT order from them! I ordered in May...it’s now the end of August and still no delivery. They do not reply via email. No way of contacting them.
