My Paint by Numbers Arvostelua 

This is a scam. Ordered a portrait of my fiancé and her now deceased grand father for Christmas. Said it shipped but the tracking number is untraceable. Do not purchase Anything from this company save your cash!

I still have not received my product. I am only giving 1 star to leave a review. I checked my bank statement and saw a charge from "Hong Kong" with an international fee from LadiePop. I was going to dispute the fee but then did a search and here I am. Another scam from China!! The Better Business Bureau needs to do better!

My paint by numbers order from Tech-crafty was charged to Ladiepops. No email about the order, but get their add emails now. Tried calling them, voicemail. Tried emailing their support. No response. Saw on here it's a scam. Disputing the charge on my credit card now. See on their website that anything ordered after 9Dec will not arrive before Christmas. Scammers suck.

Ordered over a month ago. My card was charged but never received the product. This is a scam!

I only gave a star in order to leave a review. Julie is the worst customer service provider. She just ignores my emails and doesnt follow up.
This is a huge scam.
I love to do paint by number helps with my anxiety.
I will never order from there again. I ordered my product on August 3 and it is now Dec 14.

I ordered on November 22, 2020. I'm unable to track my package so I called the phone number 1(845)795-3099. The person who answered the phone was very rude. I told them my order number and then they asked me if I was a kid? I then told them my age, which is 21, and said that they are not allowed to talk to kids and then continued to argue with me by calling me a kid.

Placed order on 08 Sept. and was given a tracking link. Now on 08 Dec they have never even shipped. Asking for a full refund. Stay away from this place.

EVIL SCUM!!! To scam people through COVID who were just looking for something to do!!! I was scammed under gopaintbynumbers.com only receiving a generated email response to my parcel not arriving!!! Took me 3 months to work out it was a scam so yes very clever EVIL SCUM!!!!

It wouldn't let me give zero stars. Company is fake and only stealing money. DO NOT TRUST.

Went with Adult paint by numbers ,2maths later and back and forth e mails £25 down and still no sign ,British company in future .

Total scam, product never arrived, they apologized and said they were experiencing delays due to COVID and then provided a FAKE tracking number to delay me inquiring further, after it’s past the date to get a refund from your credit card they stop responding to emails. They are THIEVES capitalizing on COVID lockdowns! Anyone that has been victimized should contact the FTC to complain, we need to get them shut down!

Is a scam very sad people steal people's money

Scam !!!! I haven’t received my parcel.. I’ve ordered in April, it’s already November. No answer on my emails.

Total and utter scam... that is all

Giant waste of money. Spent 75 dollars on the "deluxe" custom paint by number kit that comes with 36 paint colors, assuming that would mean the painting would be more detailed. I was appalled when I received it and there were giant areas of the canvas covered by one paint color. Almost no detail whatsoever. Just giant empty spaces. It was so simplified my 6 year old could complete it in 2 hours. I've ordered custom paint by numbers through other companies that were amazing compared to this crap. When I contacted the company they said there were no refunds on custom orders, and had me send a picture, saying if there was a mistake in printing they would send a new one. Sent the picture and never got a response. Awful company.

I too was affected by this scam. I ordered two paintings back in May and bought a gift certificate for my mom. I never received my paintings and was told I can send them back for a refund once they arrive. How can I send something back that I never received?! As a teacher, I already struggle to make ends meet and was hoping this would be an inexpensive source of entertainment; however, it ended up being costly as I got nothing in return for the $65+ that I spent.

Don’t order from them! I never got my order nor did they respond to any of my emails or calls. It’s a scam :(

Terrible experience with this company and still unresolved for an order placed in April.

My products never arrived, I spoke to their customer service via email and requested a refund. They confirmed and passed it on to their ‘manager’ to finalise. Since then I have received no further contact. I have emailed many many times with various versions of “urgent” and “high priority” in the subject to try to get their attention. I have also tried to reach out to their Facebook messenger service (where you can see messages are being read and ignored) and also left a negative review on their site. Nothing.

Don’t order from them, your product will never arrive and you won’t receive a refund.
