My Paint by Numbers Arvostelua 

I ordered a paint by number from PaintWiz. I did not get what I ordered for one. I started the painting they sent only to find the grey paint 15 (1933) is all dried up and need a replacement. There is no information on Paint Wiz to ask for a replacement.

I ordered a Schipper paint by numbers kit and got a rolled up canvas that wasn't even close to the painting I ordered. This is a total scam!

Sent wrong size and told me I was wrong would not recommend the business to anyone.

Sent a custom kit with incorrect colors for the subject in the painting. Refused to make it right and simply told me to use different colors and to add contrast. I paid for their most expensive customization in order to get the most realistic results. Wasted $64.
I just noticed that they block negative reviews.
Good lesson in investigating companies prior to paying a lot of money.

only sent half my order claim four day shipping from the US when I opened claim with pay pal they said my order was shipped from china do not deal with this company

Absolutely angry that I trusted an “influencer” and didn’t check trust pilot first. This company is a joke. They provided pictures that looked nothing like what was advertised (colours and detail were appalling) and then in addition they provided fluorescent paints for no reason. They didn’t match either picture, they were thin and poor quality, and the canvas was rolled and not shipped in a tube so it had been crinkled and bashed beyond a joke. I requested a refund three times. They ignored my feedback each time and finally, after I sent photos of the canvas, told me to just iron the canvas (there are things that can’t be fixed by ironing and there are also things that don’t merit being fixed). The paints were thin, streaky and ugly, nothing that could be done made a bit of difference. I insisted on a refund and they advised that I’d have to pay to return them from Australia to the US (which is insanely expensive) and IF they agreed with my assessment on arrival they would agree to a refund. I did not feel this was a fair expectation, given that they were unlikely to deem their own products as poor quality so I would be out the postage on top of everything else, and they refused to answer my follow up email. Yet another horrifyingly disappointing piece of shoddy product and shoddy customer service. This is supposed to be a fun, feel-good activity and these people and others like them have absolutely ruined it for me.

I ordered 2 paintings back in 2020. I never got them because they did not put my address. When I called my post office, they said that they had those paintings, but they did not have my number or address, so they sent them back. When I contacted the company, they said that they will not give me a refund and blocked me. Do not buy from here. It's a total scam!

ordered two paintings and the paint was hard in both. Their response was they are acrylic water based so just add water. The paint was beyond adding water. will never buy from them again.

I bought 3 paintings on November 26th 2021 and they send me an order confirmation but never received the tracking number.

Later I wrote them and the response was that due to the COVID-19 problem they have shipping problems so they have to called my order.

I still don't received my money back, I been writing a lot of emails with no response.

A total fraud!! 😭😭

This is an unscrupulous company. I placed an order in December for paintings at $39.95 each I was told I would get one free. When they arrived the package was damaged I went on line they are now charging 14.95 for the same art. I asked to return them and have never received a response.
I WILL NVER PURCHASE ANTYTHING FROM THEM OR REFER ANYONE TO THEM BAD BUSINESS. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 custom paintings on November 29, 2021 and they have not yet arrived- 6 weeks after ordering them. No one answers their phone. Sent an email to them and they simply resent the shipping tracker.

DO NOT buy from them.

All orders orginate from China so if you are looking to shop local, be careful.

Absolute trash company the picture they sent me looks nothing like the one I sent to them. I've asked numerous times for a refund or at least a replacement for the item that I ordered. I just get ignored over and over and over again would never recommend this company to anyone! Buying products from this company is the equivalent to throwing your money in the trash.

Extremely poor quality, broken articles, worst customer service ever. Feels like scam.

I ordered back in October and have yet to get my package. Money withdrawn from my bank account and can't get any reply through my correspondence with them.
Tracking shows that it went everywhere across Greece except my neighborhood. I just want my refund so I can be done with them.

I ordered a package before Corona but it never appeared. I’ve contacted them MULTIPLE times through both E-mail and messenger, and even though they responded on messenger they haven’t done anything.

It has been 15 days and USPS has yet to confirm it has received product. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I cannot find an e-mail address to make a complaint. I should give them a minus vs 1 star
It has now been 28 days and still have not heard from My Paint By Number. I've ordered Paint By Numbers from Herschners and receive it within 4 days with updates,Great customer service

I ordered a paint-by-number canvas March, 2021. After about six weeks when it hadn’t arrived I contacted Tech-Crafty by email. They replied that they had no other information other than what was provided by the tracking number. That showed it had arrived in a distribution warehouse in Indianapolis a month ago. From there tracking never showed that it was picked up by USPS. I finally got a refund, but only after complaining so many times. I just forgot about it then a month or so later it showed up on my doorstep. Yet when I checked the tracking number it was still in Indianapolis. The product itself was very nice. It’s now November, 2021 and the tracking number still shows it in Indianapolis. They’re website has been taken down.

Ordered 4 kits 6 months ago, my order never arrived, i wrote emails for refunds, nobody ever replied...avoid this site...

The packaging the canvas arrived in was very flimsy. This caused my cheap looking canvas material to crease. Overall not a great experience like so many other consumers have stated. Avoid.
