My Paint by Numbers Arvostelua 

Please do not order from here. The company makes excuses about Covid, but they just don’t deliver. It’s been over 6 months, there is no tracking and the company keeps telling there are no refunds even though I have not received what I paid for. Just go to a local art store and save yourself the grief of paying for product you will never get.

Same as many reviews left here, ordered back in April and it is now AUGUST and I never received any of the four kits I ordered. I have emailed and called about 20x with no response. Unacceptable.

I was stupid enough not to read the reviews before I placed my order. I guess I am one of the many that never received their order. They do not reply to emails and give out a fake shipping tracking number.
Very disappointed.

Today is August 24th. I ordered my create your own paint kit in early June. It was a father’s day gift. The photo I sent was of my son and grandson. The website also said I get 25% off and free shipping. I was charged immediately and did not receive either. Then the waiting started. I received an owl painting a short while ago which is incorrect, but still no sign of my paid paint kit. I have emailed numerous times. Today I tried calling. The website says that the company is located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, but the phone number is a New York, USA phone number. The website said that you can call or e-mail for assistance, but when I called, it was a recording saying that they can’t answer calls because they are busy trying to get kits mailed out because of COVID. When I email, I get a auto response that does nothing to answer anything about my order. I am now fed up and reporting the company to the authorities for fraud. No stars, and a very, very frustrated and apparently gullible would-be customer am I!

Ordered over 2 months ago and never received product. No real customer service.

Ordered since April and still didn’t get my order! I ordered 4 items. I understand if it get delayed due to Covid-19 but I asked for refund, the customer lady said it was on progress. I asked the track number so I can track my order, she didn’t want to give me. I asked many times to refund or at least give me the track number if they really delivering, she didn’t want to give me until the end of July, she gave me my track number and now August, I still don’t get my order.
Buyers beware!! Don’t trust this company. Their website has many very good reviews but it’s sucks.

Ordered for my niece April 4, it is now AUGUST 22 and I still do not have my order. I have reached out to the company 3 times and still nothing. This is a scam. They take your money and you never receive the product. BUYER BEWARE!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered 3 original canvases and MONTHS later (I get it, there's a pandemic, but they claimed to be shipping from the states, until after purchase of course) I finally received the wrong shipment. I ordered canvases with personal photos but received 3 with the same picture of an owl. I've made several requests for a refund but have heard nothing. I thought I had adequately researched reviews before ordering but apparently not. Wish I would have found this website first.

Super frustrating... this company is only available via email..and they barely respond to those emails. I have reached out at least 3 times since they said they would refund me with no refund in site. The number they provide on there website is only a recording. Seemingly no way to get money back for the paintings I never received.. I ordered in April..I have still not received..I guess there is something to be said about paying more elsewhere. I didn't expect this and still waiting for a refund.. Buyers Beware.. They have a note on the website saying free 4 day delivery on USA kits.. um yeah, so I guess none of there kits are USA kits! Cause 4 day delivery is a total joke! On there website it says that they are behind because of COVID.. by 20-60 days.. well folks we are past the 60 day mark! SMH, and still no sign of my package ever being shipped. If you decide to buy from this company good luck.. if you got this far in reading.. don't do it.. 92% of your ratings are 1 star ratings must mean something right? Yes it means that we could not give 0 stars... I only wish I would have done my research before I purchased. Cause crooks are still out here!

I ordered they took my money and the items never came. Avoid!
I ordered £70 worth of items and nothing came. I tried contacting them so many times and I didn’t ever get a reply. So disappointed.

Never got the items, this is a scam, please don't buy anything there. They are thiefs.

I ordered a custom print of our white poodle (Nov 2019) for my husband for Christmas. I knew he would be thrilled to do it. It didn't come until sometime in late Jan 2020. It turned out terrible. The colors were too dark. He did it, but was so disappointed. I sent "My Paint by Numbers" a message on messenger and included a copy of the original print and the finished product and haven't heard a word from them. I am so disappointed!

I ordered 4 Original Paint by Numbers on April 23rd and received them today, August 13th. One of them was personalized from a photo and it looks beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised since I wasn't sure if I'd ever get them. Just be patient! There's a woldwide pandemic right now.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!
I ordered a painting back in May for my daughter to do over the summer for her dorm room but it never came. You cant call anyone and I've repeatedly tried to email some address that has an automated response. Do Not Purchase!!! Buyer Beware!!!

I ordered on May 12th and have never received my product. The only contact is email and it is an auto computer generated response. Buyer beware!!! Don't waste your money!!

so unfortunate that my order was placed for 4 paintings for my grandchildren and i to enjoy through this pandemic crisis. Order was placed in April,2020 and there is no sign of them at ALL!!!
No way to contact them other than an email that generates the same message over and over.

1-607-214-3005. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER. “Original Paint by Numbers” I saw a phone number on one of the reviews here so I called. Ingenious of me I followed the soft talking instructions and I opened my PayPal account and he started asking if I received codes on my messages. Stupid of me I Gabe jume the confirmation numbers I was receiving. The screen was totally black but I saw the pointer moving about. When he asked me the tracking number I went to my e-mail and all the messages had disappeared. They were confirming orders from Amazon and PayPal from my PayPal credit line. He hacked my PayPal account and my computer. I suspect the guy wrote this positive review himself.
