My order was not delivered and there has been no refund or follow up after the initial email.

Placed order on Nov 3rd & on Nov 5 said my order was on the way. Its now December 10 (over a month) and the tracking still only shows Label Created. I told them to cancel the order & refund me.....they said they cant do that because the order was created by the Warehouse. When I would ask them weekly what is going on all they say is "we are waiting for our warehouse to advise us" ....so No Refund & no real answers. This is a TRASH company. We had to make a few purchases from OrganicFormulaShop in the meantime & they get it here super fast.

This company is an absolute scam! We placed a significant order for HIPP Comfort baby formula with express delivery because it’s hard to find in Paris. Not only did we never receive the order, but every time we contacted customer service, we were met with the same generic, automated response: "We are waiting for updates from our warehouse."

When we demanded a refund and requested to cancel the order after two full weeks of this nonsense, their response was yet again about waiting for the elusive "warehouse approval" to process the refund. It’s now been nearly a month since the order, and we are still left with no product, no refund, and no clear answers.

This is unacceptable! Parents who trust this company to deliver essential baby supplies are being blatantly scammed. This website should be shut down immediately to prevent others from falling victim to their deceitful practices. Do not trust them!

Have been waiting almost a month for my order and they refuse to refund the money. Tell me it’s UPS’s fault or that it’s still being processed in the warehouse when it shows the product hasn’t even left the Netherlands .. why are you stealing from parents?

Horrible customer service and did not receive product. Two weeks after being told my formula shipped the status is still “label created”. I contacted the company to ask why nothing is happening and explained I needed the product urgently for my child, they said there was nothing they could do. I asked them to reissue the order or to cancel it and they said no. Initially they kept telling me that it was up to the warehouse, and that they couldn’t do anything until the warehouse updated them, then they stopped responding to me altogether. I have now disputed the charge on my credit card. We will use a different company in future.

Worst company ever canceled my order spoke to someone many times and stated I would be receiving a refund and never did it’s been days already don’t buy from them

I had been using Stage 3 of Goat Milk. Its been fenomenal. My baby has better digestion than with the other brands. The delivery this time was wonderful got it just in time.

I used to buy boxes of formula from this company. However, last time during my purchase I had absolutely horrible experience with their service and, especially, customer experience (who are doing everything to rip you off).
I paid for expedited processing and shipping and company failed to ship it on time. They only realised it after over a week of delay and my message to them that I no longer need it.
After they finally shipped it, the can came damaged due to horrible packaging of the product.
Company admitted their fault of shipping late. However, they compensate NOTHING!!!!!
Their handling of the issue was absolutely horrible!
I truly suggest you avoid this company in all possible ways!!
They do not care how & when you get your product. They only care about the money they get from you!

This place is a scam. Do not order from them. Scammed me out of over $400 during the Kendamil shortage. I never received any formula nor refund. What kind of people take advantage of frantic moms trying to get their baby formula!?

Very disappointed with my recent order. The delivery was significantly delayed, and despite paying the delivery fee online, the courier asked me to pay an additional, unexpected fee upon delivery. This was both frustrating and inconvenient. I would appreciate it if you could review your delivery process to prevent this from happening to other customers.

We purchased from this website due to the shortage in the U.S. the purchase occurred on the 17th of October, with the warehouse processing on the 22nd. The email thread with customer service continues to say the warehouse is processing and they’re waiting for an update. It is not November 3rd, and they refuse to refund my order because “the order is being processed by the warehouse.”

We placed an almost $500 order for kendamil a month ago. We were informed that they do not have stock of the product and offered to refund us. We were told they had to confirm the cancelation with their warehouse and we would be refunded within a few days. Long story short we have not been refunded nor have we received our money back. No response to any emails and now their website says no order found. They have scammed $500 from us.

terrible company. Do not order from them. They don't ship out formula, don't offer a refund and will refuse to acknowledge their issues.

Was a recommend place to order from. Ordered Sept 25. It is Oct 9 and order is not shipped yet. Multiple emails, they're asking the warehouse about the order, but no progress after weeks. No solid answers. Very disappointed, and worried I won't have formula for my baby. Today I got an email to write a review so here I am.
