Automatically deducting from a registered account with out their concern is a very bad policies and also not been able to view chart after selecting product is an issue needs to be addressed

Well, I mistakenly subscribed to their site which cost me some amount of money I am not ready to lose. I wrote back to them concerning a refund and I was told according to their terms and conditions refund is not possible. I have been really devastated but luckily they just sent me an email that they're gonna review my case exceptionally and refund my money. I haven't received the refund yet but I've been told they'll finalise it after my ratings. I will be back to confirm whether they've fulfilled their promise or not.

For my quiey I explained already and they explained the situation also very politely.. gave solution for my problem.. BCS I did not purchased some one scammed my card and purchased with my ATM.. sorry for this inconvenient 1st of all

They are fraud.They take money out of your account without your content,than spam you with endless emails.Avoid this at any cost

Me hicieron unos cargos a mi tarjeta de credito y no he comprado nada ni me he suscrito a Myglossesface los dias 8 de agosto y 22 de agosto.

Hice una compra de una mesa plegable, se a perdido todo medio de comunicacion, me an echo el cargo al banco con el nombre de,miglossyface de 19.95€ mas otro de 2€ de pastimetick, con lo cual pienso que me an estafado. despues me an echo dos cargos, los cuales no los a pagado mi banco, sospechando de una estafa. PUEDEN DARME UNA EXPLICACION. GRACIAS
