A bite of Italy in UK

Really lovely to see our home products delivered at our house in UK, only one downside is the delivery time if you don’t pay for next day delivery. However, I would highly recommend for quality and prices. Will definitely order again.

Good online option to buy real Italian…

Good online option to buy real Italian products at reasonable prices. This is the second time I place an order and never had any issues. The order is always packaged perfectly and dispatch and delivery times are good.
Will definitely buy again

MyDelibox never lets you down

Been using MyDelibox for a few years. Told loads of people about it. I often send parcels as gifts to family and friends. Much more interesting than generic hampers. And MyDelibox has never let me down. I love them!

My deluybox

Company still charge you the full amount for the next day delivery if you place your order after 11 am on Friday and deliver whenever to you. I have placed my order on Friday (09.08) at 11.32 to be fair and possibly will be delivered tomorrow I am holding my breath now don't know if I will get it . When you try to explain to them that what they are saying is wrong and the overcharge you for a service that they do not deliver on time they get quite defensive and rude to you. I will report them to the relevant agencies now.

Hello, Milena. Thanks for your order and sorry for what has happened. As already explained via email and also over the phone, you selected at the checkout this delivery method: "NEXT DAY - order by 11am Monday to Friday, get it by next business day ".
Since you ordered on Friday after 11am, this means that the order will be delivered to you on Tuesday (next business day). If you ordered before 11am, it would have been delivered on Monday instead. Your order is currently in transit and it will be delivered today as confirmed to you multiple times. There wasn't any wrong doing from our side, and if you believe we have been rude we do apologize once again, since this wasn't our intention. We genuinely believe this was a misunderstanding in communication between us and you. You also ordered from us multiple times in the past and everything went smooth. Thanks again for your understanding.

I had to cancel my order because the delivery fee, in the UK mainland, was unacceptable!

Hello. As explained via email your postcode does not qualify for our UK mainland rates. The extra charges are also written into our delivery page. We also refunded promptly your order as soon as you wanted to cancel it.
We then believe this review is unfair and we will report it to trustpilot.
