MyProtein - sports drinks NOT THIS PAGE
Just in case you are about to post a review on here about MyProtein, the company based in Manchester that manufactures sports etc drinks, who are part of The Hut Group (THG), it seems to me this is a spoof webpage and your'e wasting your time just as I wasted mine. Maybe it is a decoy by MyProtein to divert adverse criticism. But there is a Trustpilot webpage for the real organisation and it's easy to find. It is such a pity that all the adverse feedback on here has gone to waste and MyProtein are probably laughing their socks off at their success in avoiding the truth about their appalling service. They don't even claim this page. BTW for good measure, post on the THG page as well. They are a plc and reliant upon shareholder for their continuance. I made the point in my post that shareholders should be wary of such a disaffected organisation who are alien to the concept of customer service and customer satisfaction. MyProtein don't care two hoots about either.

Já não era a primeira vez que compravamos aqui a proteína sem problemas. Desta vez veio com um sabor horrível, químico, impossível de tomar. Reclamamos e não aceitaram a reclamação. Tenho 2 pacotes cheios para deitar fora!! Muito mau!!
Problems with orders/delivery/Service
Placed an order on the 12th Feb. Paid extra for next day delivery. Had my dispatch notification and stayed home knowing nobody else would be there to take delivery. I then went on live chat late afternoon to check it was out and was told it would be delivered up to 7:30pm latest - Stayed home. Never turned up. Whole day wasted. It arrived the following evening.
Went back on live chat to get my NDD charge back and was told a £5 credit would be added to my account within 24 hours. 4 days later. Nothing. Back to live chat. Received an apology and a promise it would be added to my account in 24 hours. Again, nothing.
I’ve lost a whole day of my life waiting for something I paid for that despite assurances didn’t turn up when it should have and then countless waiting time on live chats over a £5 credit that I no longer want.
Good product but there are plenty of other places to use. Had problems with my last order as well. Time to try other companies I think.

I ordered a oder for a whey protein powder and it's the worst last time i ordered a Whey Essential protein powder which taste really bad, But now i spent more money and got a 2.5kg for £50 thinking this one would taste better but it taste exactly the same. I'm really unsatisfied with the order. There are better companies which give a better taste for the whey protein.

Evri have lost my parcel they were told by evri its lost they were going to send me a replacement then cancelled the replacement so they can see if my original is delivered its been 2 weeks so far no replacement no refund nothing but wait and see there thieves in my eyes

I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from Myprotein to avoid them at all costs. My recent experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.
I placed an order which their courier lost, and after weeks of back-and-forth messages with their customer service team, I was repeatedly met with generic, dismissive responses and a total lack of accountability. I was promised a refund within 3-5 working days, yet it took far longer to receive it, and I only got it by sheer coincidence after relentlessly chasing them.
Their handling of the situation was appalling. The communication was abysmal, with multiple agents failing to properly review the ongoing issue and instead sending repetitive, unhelpful replies. This company has shown a complete disregard for their customers’ time and money.
If you value good service and peace of mind when shopping online, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver a protein bar, let alone handle an issue competently. Absolutely disgraceful service.

Essential whey protein will not mix. Dry powder in shaker.
Bought 2 large bags of essential whey protein. I am literally throwing away most of it because the powder does not mix properly in a shaker. Its totally useless. The quality is so poor. At times i have had clumps of dry powder in my mouth and have to spit it out. I have contacted my protein who literally make it so hard to make a complaint. They replied with the usual useless advice that its an automated response. Absolute garbage. I will never buy another product from this company ever again

Zeer slechte ervaring, retour perongeluk verkeerd aangeklikt. Hierdoor alle kosten zelf moeten betalen, €18?? Pakketje moest naar Polen…. Klantenservice kan je niet verder helpen. Eenmaal retour gestuurd kan je nog weken wachten op je geld. Waanzin.

Protein has changed recipe and tastes like plastic. Asked for an exchange and the chatbot said no and just hung up on me. Never going near them again.
Terrible customer service and shipping
Absolutely useless. They take the full order amount and part ship the smallest cheapest item as all other items out of stock. They take orders and the money on items out of stock, no warehouse systems and use the worst delivery courier, Evri. Incompetent management. At every level, you have to ask countless times for any information and the customer service agents seem no be able to understand simple questions, all by message no humans to speak with. They don’t have an ETA on items out of stock and will only part refund and not the delivery charge even though the items ordered go together and I want to return. They are crooks and scam you out of money. Customer service are useless, don't read your contact messages, they contradict themselves. Lost me as a customer now. Just shocking, avoid this totally incompetent company. I shall now be buying from theyre competitors, Warrior or Bulk.
The worst customer service yet
I was going to copy and paste the absolute joke of my customer service experience on here, but after reading the other reviews, my concern of the message service being AI seems to be the general consensus. They have simply ripped me off and I can’t get a straight reply. I’m literally going around in one big circle. I won’t be buying from these ever again and instead of referring my friends for the £15 you don’t get, I will be recommending a different company. The losses from me and the people I know will cost these many £1000’s each year. Looking at the other reviews I suspect the losses will be far more extensive.

I thought my poor review was going to fly in the face of public opinion but it appears poor customer service is their MO. Gets one star for ease of ordering but just try and use the CS WhatsApp message service and it’s clear they don’t care. The occasional intervention from a human is short-lived and you need to go back to square one. The My Vegan Protein range is poor. The strawberry is inedible. They clearly don’t care about pleasing the consumer. Shocking experience. Won’t use again
