Not working
After I have bought and installed the printer, I cannot make it work. I am manually printing all my labels in a regular printing. I cannot talk to a person to help me, just automated responses that go on and on and on

Poor shipping experience that required…
Poor shipping experience that required me to do all the work of asking daily for it to be corrected. Did not feel like a priority. The did reissue my order however I lost money and had to correct numerous issues with my customers as my shipping was slowed.

The product that I purchased does not accurately count money. It gets stuck and it skips some bills, so not sure why it does that. I would appreciate a replacement or some kind of compensation for this.

The product doesn’t work for me and I tried to return it and all I offered was more tech support. I felt pressured to make it work and keep it when I can’t use it. I’m not happy about this type of service and I don’t recommend this company or product.

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service! I made an order during munbyn’s sale and I forgot to add something to my order so I quickly clicked cancel, but my order still went through. I emailed munbyn customer service about cancelling my order because I didn’t want to have to pay for shipping for labels I forgot to get. They cancelled it for me with no problem.
I can say if you do have Amazon prime, I would order off there if you want faster shipping. The prices are the same from the sales. I don’t have it, but wish I did because I am impatient and want my orders right then lol.

I just bought my second thermal printer…
I just bought my second thermal printer (now in 2026) my first one was bought 2022 and still going but initially I didn’t buy a bluetooth printer because I thought I wouldn’t need to - but times change so i’ve just bought a newer Bluetooth enabled one.
A couple of times setting up with my first one was annoying but once done it’s been great. Perfect for my use which is shipping labels. And the 500 labels is just running out. Best of all I haven’t had to buy ink or anything in the last 4yrs.
The new printer is a reasonable price and for the ease it gives me (not having to talk or explain to post office staff) it’s amazing. Simple to use. Ordering new one on the munbyn website was easy. I ordered new 4x6 labels off their amazon store because they were cheaper there. Very good company and good products.

Unreliable printing and even worse…
Unreliable printing and even worse customer service. My printer is having issues with the print being patchy on the top half of postage labels. I’ve gone through all the settings and adjustments and nothing helps, it just cannot print the bar code and qr code.
Munbyn support says that it’s because I’m using a different power cable (the original one was misplaced during a move), I don’t understand why the power cable would affect part of the printing but they told me to buy one of theirs. They refused to discuss any other possible issue with the printer as they are certain that the power cable I bought is the issue. After going back and forth in email explaining to them time and time again that I am in the UK not the US so sending me the link to US power cables was pointless, they finally sent me a link to the UK one (you can’t just search their site for one, that’s how I ended up buying a compatible one rather than one direct from them in the first place).
On the uk site it was showing as out of stock for a few weeks and now the link just goes to “page not found”, the support team have stopped replying to me so now I have a printer that is not usable for its intended purpose and I can’t afford a replacement printer.
