Very quick and responsive Customer Service

The printer arrived quickly, the setup was very clearly documented and the first 6x4 label was printed within minutes of opening the box! I have to say that this thermal printer saves so much time compared to using a laser printer.

Very very bad experience with their Munbyn ITPP941 Printer, I still don't know if this stupid printer has a Bluetooth or not, In the manual they claim it has and on their official online label editor it can't be found and not supported, on their Android app it's not supported as well, Also their printer skips two labels every time I close the head of the printer so I have to pull two printed labels every time I print, I wish I could give five negative stars review.

What an excellent device, quick and easy to set up the printer and I did put the wrong postcode details on my order which I only realised after I sent and the customer service response was truly first class. Highly recommend.

Recebi a impressora e em poucos minutos já estava a funcionar. Instalação super rápida, a etiqueta saiu perfeita, nada de negativo a apontar.
O envio demorou vários dias e a DHL não entregou na morada, resolveu deixar num ponto pick-up, que fica a 2Km da minha morada, portanto poderiam ter entregue.

Love my Munbyn, once I figured it all out, it’s amazing to use. I am a Soaper and this product makes my labeling super easy and fast. Thank you for a wonderful product and will be using it for all my products and some fun stickers for my grandkids.

When I started my business, I had a very specific vision for my packaging. Since I offer a wide variety of flavors, having labels professionally printed for every variation just wasn’t cost-effective. So naturally, I went down the rabbit hole—reading reviews, stalking social media, watching tutorials, and learning far more about thermal printers than any reasonable human should. 😄

I’m so glad I landed on the Munbyn 941BP. This little printer is fast, reliable, and prints beautifully. The label quality is crisp and professional, and it’s helped my products look exactly the way I envisioned. For a small business owner trying to balance quality and cost, it’s been a fantastic investment.

When I ordered I was deceived. The package I selected showed a mail scale bug did not received it. I sent a message and never had my issue resolved.

Thrre was a misterke on the delivery addres (my fault) and the team fixed it same day with outstading communication from multiple support people. It was an excellent experience.

The printer has worked flawlessly. The labels are easy to acquire and good quality.

I bought the MUNBYN RW405B and spent a week trying to get it to print Australia Post Express labels properly. Most of the barcodes printed as solid black blocks, making the labels completely unusable.

After endless back and forth with support, I was told the solution was to buy the RW401AP 300 DPI model. I was assured it would fix the issue and print Australia Post labels correctly.

It didn’t.

The very first labels I printed had the exact same problem. The barcodes were partially blacked out and could not be scanned.

So I wasted more money on a second printer based on false promises from MUNBYN support, and ended up with two printers that are both useless for Australia Post Express labels.

If you are in Australia and need to print Australia Post labels, do yourself a favour and avoid MUNBYN. Their printers are not compatible, and their support will send you in circles instead of solving the problem.

Fast and efficient. Very happy with my Munbyn printer.

Well when I got my package I didn't have my printer and I had to reach out to someone and let them know that all they did was sent me my labels so that's why I put four stars

It’s a high-quality, clean, and reliable product that’s worth every penny—though I’m not entirely sure if it can detect counterfeit money because I haven’t come across any yet :)—but you can buy it with confidence; I highly recommend it.
