The worst customer service and illegal under ACL!

They rely on AI customer support then force you to send pictures or videos of the item to verify if its damaged first. This is completely against ACL as the customer is under NO! obligation to do their work for them.

I ordered a printer and it was DOA. After sending an email to ask for a replacement the AI sends your through hoops and then tells you someone will email you in 48 hours. Absolutely shocking customer service especially for a defective item they sold. I'm notifying the consumer protection of their illegal warranty actions.

I personally would buy from a company that values their customers and doesn't fob them off with AI and illegal warranty processes.

They still haven't fixed the issue of dead item they sent me. I will be asking for a refund and going elsewhere as I am legally entitled to under Section 54 and 260(a) of the ACL.

The images are not clean or crisp. When printed, the design becomes simplified and loses the detail shown in the app and on the website. The return window is only 15 days, which is quite short. I had a personal situation come up and wasn’t able to test the product until about three weeks later. When I finally did and was disappointed with the results, I realized the return period had already passed.

My label maker is a game changer for my farmers market stand, it's so easy to use and looks fantastic.

These thermal printers are excellent! They're fast and easy to setup. The app and Editor website and are smooth and very easy to use with a lot of cute template and graphic options. The barcode/QR code creators were perfect and what I needed! I have both a wired thermal label printer and a wireless one, and I love both. Thank you!

Their service definitely warrants a full five stars. Huge thanks to John for all his help with the VAT and cross-border invoice, especially since we're a small business based in the Netherlands. Just a little tip for future improvements – it would be great to have a B2B guest checkout option on the website. It’d really save quite a bit of hassle!

Very confusing to print from Mobil app on iPhone

I only give 4 stars because the shipping was a little bit too long and I didn’t get the right shipping details. But the products are great. :)

Our Munbyn thermal printer has been reliable for the past few years. The labels are great. It's fast and efficient, and easy to use. We affectionately call it Munbyn as if it's part of the family :)

It was very hard to get the printer set to my computer but we finally figured it out. Happy with the results.

absolutly rubbish dont fall for it , it only works with their own thermal papers and is not mentioned in the details page and they remove all unwanted reviews from their website that is why when you check you feel its great , and you can not return the item as it has to be unused ??? if you dont try how do you know the colour ink doesnt work in a thermal paper ???
