I didn’t get my complete order and was worried. I sent Munbyn a email in which they responded right away. The other half of my order came with the next couple of days. I was very happy with the quick communication with Munbyn. The products so far are nice. I can’t want to start making my labels. I would recommend Munbyn products to anyone because a no ink label maker WHATTT lol. I am so excited for this product. Also great customer service

Great, they sorted out my delivery address that was wrong, my doing not theirs I will get add. Took time to answer my messages but still it got sorted and that’s the main thing. So I will definitely use again

Leider sowohl das Produkt als auch der Support eine absolute Katastrophe. Als Drucker für 250€ erwarte ich gewisse Ansprüche an die Genauigkeit, jedoch hatte mein Gerät 10% Abweichung bei den Drucken. Auf meine Bitte nach einem Rücksendelabel oder Rücksendeadresse hat man mich nur zig Sachen gefragt um dann am Ende vorzuschlagen ich solle doch einfach andere Motive drucken wo es nicht so auffällt dass die Druckqualität mies ist. Ich bin noch in der Widerrufsfrist, scheitere aber daran, mein Widerrufsrecht in Anspruch zu nehmen.

The label maker was delivered fast and efficiently. It is reliable and works well with my recycled labels I use for shipping. The Munbyn label printer has been a necessary addition to my business and has improved efficient.

Excellent customer service. I accidentally ordered two printers instead of one and contacted MUNBYN shortly after placing the order. Their support team responded very quickly, cancelled the extra printer before it was shipped, and arranged the refund without any hassle.

Order incomplete- the most important part of the order (the label printer) was missing and the company never replied to any of our attempts to contact them.

Service is fine, but seems like they are in a different time zone, so I only get responses in the morning.

I needed an invoice for company purchase and even though the initial document was not fully right, the customer service adjusted what I asked and I have got what I needed

Très bonne expérience avec MUNBYN. J’ai rencontré un problème avec ma première imprimante RW403B, mais leur support a été très réactif et m’a accompagné dans les différentes vérifications. Après avoir confirmé qu’il s’agissait d’un défaut matériel, ils ont rapidement procédé au remplacement sous garantie.

J’ai reçu la nouvelle imprimante et elle fonctionne parfaitement. Très bon service client et excellente prise en charge du problème. Je recommande MUNBYN.

Customer service was absolutely amazing! I sent an email asking for support and got a response immediately. The rep walked me through exactly what to do.

I placed an order on the MUNBYN website on July 31st, and as of today, more than two weeks later, my package has still not been delivered. I sent an email over three days ago to ask for details, but nobody has replied. I do not recommend buying from this company.

The device is nice, it’s compact and easy to set up. I only took away 1 star because it’s not quite as fast as described. If we had 100 orders then I’m thinking it would not go as quickly as described but I would have to see once that happens. Otherwise it’s very easy to use, prints the labels without an issue and connects well!

This is the second time I have bought from Munbyn. The first printer was great and worked for 4 years perfectly but was time for an update. The service from the company and there service from customer service was amazing. Had a small issue with delivery once customer service go involved it was sorted and printer arrived in 24 hours. Could not ask for more fron them.
