Love every product, highly recommend them all!

This was a great experience on every level. Not only are the products outstanding, but the customer service is among the best out there. I was updated almost daily via email on the tracking. The packaging was pretty & I received an old fashioned, lovely, handwritten thank you note. I felt appreciated as a customer & it would definitely make me return.

I am very happy with my experience of ordering, receiving, and trying / using the MUDMASKY skincare products. I especially like the moisturizing, energizing masks and eye products, but they all have been a good experience.

The product is very nice, I’ve used each mask at least once and they’ve all been great, no issues. The customer service is even more awesome! I had some product that I realized I didn’t need and wanted to return. The customer service team was great and processed a full refund, even when there was an issue with the return process, and they told me I could give the product to a friend, amazing!

Mudmasky was very generous. They sent a personalized note, extra mini-mask, and small bag. Good customer service. I like the fact that the product I used - the summer mask - was a leave-on mask.

I love the eye serum and facial wash. My issue s with the eye mask. It’s so liquid, that it runs out of the tube. I’ve lost about a fourth of the product from how it won’t come out when the tube is held upright and squeezed. To get the product out, the tube needs to be horizontal and when barely tipped down to get product on my finger, it literally floods out.
The mask is too expensive to waste on trying to get to it without spillage.
If the eye mask is so liquid, it should be in a pump bottle rather than a tube.

Placed an order for some Mudmasky that I was running out of. It was quick and easy to do on line. The shipment was at my house in 4 days. Overall, great experience.

For years we've been looking for something that helps with bad odor. Nothing worked not even the prescribed deodorant. I saw an ad one day and decided to give this a try. It's THE ONLY thing that helps. Definitely recommend

The conditioner is incredible unlike an other. My scalp feels nurtured and hair feels clean without that striped feeling. Excellent notifications and tracking of order.
Excellently packaged and received the content looking beautiful. One thing to improve is to notify customer at check out that there will be an addition of a foreign transaction fee.

Arrived quickly. I love this product. I received it in a Kinder subscription and became obsessed so now I'm adding it to my regular shower routine

I struggle with sensitive, oily, hormonal acne prone skin. I also suffer from Eczema. This product has always been my go to for SPF and overall moisture. It doesn’t aggravate any of my issues, on the contrary I feel like it keeps my eczema away, manages my acne and doesn’t make me more oily yet provides the spf we need going into spring/summer.

I ordered 2 of each for a discount and only received one of each very disappointing

The product works extremely well. I can hardly see my pores after just 7 minutes on my face. I've tried many pore minimizers but this is the only one that really worked for me. Great Product!

I received Mudmasky originally in my allure beauty box subscription and saw immediate results with my skin! I ran to repurchase and try the other products from the line which are fabulous too. Also the shipping was fast and I appreciate the personal written note on the box 🙂

Even though it was international, the shipping was super fast + it was packaged nicely! The coffee scrub works so well for ingrowns. I will keep buying!
