Customer service came through, huge compliment!
Credit has to be given where credit is due! It turned out that the contact form on the website didn't work and that my message didn't come through for some reason. After my review I was contacted directly and they have been very kind as to how they wanted to resolve this case with me, even though the the postal service was the one at fault, as it turned out!
Thanks for reaching out to me, and providing such good customer care.
The package was also just delivered and it was packed with great care, there was even a small extra gift thrown in. I am looking forward to starting to use the products, except for the morning boost mask they are all new to me and I hope to have a good experience with them. Many thanks again!

Great customer service and products
The people at mudmasky always write a kind note and give a free gift. David even made sure to spell my name correctly. They also ship things faster than many others in the US, and they are further away. On top of great customer service, their products are hard to beat. I've been using them for years and will definitely continue to do so!

Great customer service
I couldn’t find Mudmasky eye mask (my wife’s fav) anywhere for Christmas. I sent an email and was pleasantly surprised to receive a quick response from Dave letting me know where and when it would be available. I was even more surprised it shipped from Holland to California in three days for only $8 and in time for Christmas!
