When I tell you that this brand can do no wrong...
I have their serum infused moisturizer, their eye serum and their scalp serum. I don't know how their costumer service is because I haven't needed it, but their products are amazing. You can see results within a few weeks, they have no scent, and they're pretty reasonably priced for products that blow even top shelf stuff at Sephora out of the water. The scalp treatment is out of this world. Immediately stops your head itch, and has made my hair NOTICEABLY healthier. It isn't falling out nearly as much, either. Plus, you can use it on blow dried hair and it won't leave a sticky residue.

The product is excellent and the shipping is fast. I have very sensitive skin, and this is has an amazing effect on it's appearance. Very subtle, but substantial. My skin looks so much healthier when I use Mudmasky.

These products are life changing! The hair products are a GAME CHANGER! And, not only are the products an absolute must- have essential staple in your self care and well being of your hair, body and face, the customer service and packaging is the absolute best! The personal touch is everything, and goes above and beyond ALL expectations. The service itself, is even more valued, because even if was terrible customer service, I would still buy the products, they are just that good for you!

My order came very fast. I think they should make their website easier to navigate it seems very outdated. I have an iPhone 14 with all the updates so I don’t think it’s on my end but it’s always a possibility. Just a suggestion. I do love all the natural ingredients in all the products. The first time I ever used a Mudmasky product was from Ipsy in 2017 and I’ve been in love ever since. As long as I have the extra money every now and then I’ll continue to buy.

Each product that I’ve used which have included, masks and moisturizers have all been gentle in the skin and performs very well. The winter mask is a go to for me. Right now I’m really enjoying the moisturizer with serum. It seems to penetrate really well over multiple other products without any kind of unwanted skin reaction. So far I love every product I’ve tried. Will be a lifetime purchaser. Shipping is fast fast fast

I absolutely love the root feeding hair mask I ordered on a whim! I ended up reordering it in bulk to save on shipping. The packaging is cute and eco-friendly and the travel case and sample they sent are nice as well. Highly recommend!

These are hands down the best purity made masks.. I thought they were a bit pricey at first until i saw how little product you really need to use. It's tightening without stripping and feels fantastic!

I highly recommend ordering directly from Mudmasky! I had ordered the eye mask from a different retailer (starts with A) and it was either rancid or fake, yuck. Then I ordered directly from Mudmasky and my products arrived well packaged and then a box with cheerful uplifting messages.

Initially there were some issues getting what was a very kind “small free gift” and gesture through customs, but the customer service to ensure it will be delivered was PHENOMENAL!! I can’t say enough! Oh, and I absolutely LOVE their product!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
