This company is a total scam. Ordered a Mac Mini dock / hub in November 2024, 24-36 hours shipping was advertised and its now almost xmas and I’ve heard Zero from these guys. Reached out about 3 times via email and at least a couple times via their website contact support form - no response. Please avoid.

Product is junk and they will not respond to help
I purchased their USB C drive three weeks ago. Within a week, it started disconnecting at random. Today, it just died. I emailed for support, did not get a response. They apparently do not attend to their "live" chat as I have been waiting a while. This product is junk.

Great USB drive - Decent service
The 2TB USB drive with both USB-A and USB-C is great. It is fast, large capacity, and has great connectivity. I was a bit disappointed in the website. It said 50% off on all items, but I didn't get 50% off. I sent a message asking about that and never got a response.
