Excellent team, polite, patient very happy to use this service again and recommend.

Couldn’t rate these guys highly enough. Comms before the move was quick, clear and proactive. They were helpful and flexible with arrangements, and the removal day itself was as smooth as it could have possibly been. The guys who did the job were experts, and handled things with diligence and care.

Really happy I chose Mooving On for moving flat. They came recommended, and were very competitively priced too. The move itself was as stress-free as it could have been thanks to Ciprian and Marian doing an absolutely brilliant job. They were lightning quick with packing and loading, careful with my possessions, friendly and polite, and always checked if they weren't sure about what was being packed or where it would go in the new place. Huge thanks to them both!

Communication with the office in getting everything ready was also very smooth - replies were always very quick and thorough.

Strongly recommended for moving house, and will use Mooving On again.

We moved with a two-month old baby out of London with a truck-full, so were dreading the move! We shouldn’t have - Vasil and his team, Michael & Robert, were kind, careful and helpful throughout.

We opted for the packing service, which was excellent value. They worked hard getting everything to fit, including some awkward items, and were optimistic throughout. I have now used Mooving On London twice and will continue to do so.

Stefen and his team moved us today and all three were incredible...they arrived on time, filled the van up in fantastic time and needed one journey, despite the volume of stuff we had to move. There was a confusion over no lift being available to access our second floor flat and I had mistakingly overfilled our heavy crates with even heavier vinyl records and yet Stefen and the others moved all the crates. I felt dreadful and even suggested the crates go into the groundfloor garage, but the guys knew it would be terrible for us to then move afterwards...we only have one day to empty the 45 crates before they are collected and I suffer with M.E. (chronic fatigue syndrome) and so dreaded the thought after this sudden surprise move and so they pushed through to complete the move. I felt absolutely terrible but both my partner and I are massively appreciative of what Moovers On London did for us today...I would highly recommend them...but please do not stress these guys by making the weight problem we did, they deserve better. Hope the beers helped with our apologies. Will 100% use Stefen and the boys again. Thank you

I would really recommend these guys. They were polite, efficient, and conscientious. But the key thing is that I is that when things start to go wrong on the day of your move (as they did for us) it's so important you have really good movers. For reasons up our chain we were delayed access to our new property by 8 hours. Mooving On charged for the delay, but it was very reasonable. They remained careful and professional throughout - at nearly midnight on a Friday they were asking us if we had our things in the right rooms of our new house. They made what could have been an awful day absolutely fine!

I would like to say what a pleasure it was working with this company, and it was up until the point of delivery and unpacking! That is as far as I am going with the positive.

Would I recommend this company, no chance, do so at your own risk! Why you may ask:

Disrespecting neighbours with their noise level outside, do they really need to shout at each other when they are standing next to one another!
An item went missing, who know’s what has happened to it, so I let them know it was missing, immediately they have assumed I said ‘stolen’
You think you have insurance – don’t be so sure – put everything in writing to them, they verbally confirmed they would pack my computer/tv items etc – the item that has gone missing, they now say should be in writing and stated the terms in their t&cs, I don’t dispute this, but Chris should have mentioned this on the call, other professional companies would ensure this was conveyed, yet all Chris said, ‘yes we will move all these items for you’
Chris then washed his hands of this and put it in to their claims department, what a joke, they don’t even sign a name when emailing you! Is it a real person or is it just Chris acting in different roles!
Claims department then sending constant emails, in reply to mine, but not very helpful constantly naming sections of the t&cs, but not being helpful at all.
They assume it is theft but only when I reminded them I said it was missing, did this joker come back and say, he never mentioned theft!
Why do I bring this up, he wants all his staff and myself to do a lie detector test, shows what trust they have in their own staff that they want them to do this, they will not provide me with a procedure for organising this, they won’t provide a named company who they use, only once you agree then they will find one to do it!
They say missing items is unprecedented, well an easy search of reviews shows 2 in the last 6 months of items going missing when people use this company!
I knew from the outset that they will not take this forward, it is my own fault for trusting a shabby company like this, be warned about this company, they offer the world and it all seems fine, but whammo they simply do not care and will not help you.

They won’t consider using their insurance as it wasn’t in writing! But they would rather tell their own staff they do not trust them and force them to go through a lie dectector test and oh by the way, if one is found to have done this, they incur all the costs! What an awful company to work for unless this is always their plan anyway with customers!

What has annoyed me more, is the handling of this by this companies so called claims department and the fact Chris has washed his hands of it, got their money and they don't care! Moving is stressful enough, but if you don't want to be ill then choose an alternate removal company, your health will be better!

All I will say is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, PAY A LITTLE EXTRA AND DEAL WITH PEOPLE WHO AT LEAST UNDERSTAND YOU AND YOUR NEEDS.

Update. So on threatening solicitor they then suddenly suggested they would send to their insurers, but I have no name of company, and as expected their insurers said no! They say supposedly as I hadn’t listed in the list I gave, but I gave no list, Chris documented what he wanted to document, so in all my word against theirs!

They won’t budge, I have reported it to the police as a theft from this company, again I don’t expect anything but it is then on record and I urge anyone else in this situation to also report this company so records build up.

They have replied and I urge anyone who reads their excuses as excuses, they will not help you, do not trust anything they say, you must put everything in writing and I suggest you record it so you have evidence.

Remember this company doesn’t even trust their teams by suggesting they do a lie detector test and when they chose a company they chose one who only focused on infidelity, further evidence of incompetence as they obviously have no clue what that means!

Also suggest you look at companies house for company details, interesting who owns this and I should have looked before committing to them, however I move on and will continue to ensure no one I know whether personal or professional use this company.

Overall great service, we were moving from London to Edinburgh, and all great! competitive price, quick and efficient communication (e.g. quote estimation via video), fast and good quality move. Thank you, guys!

We were doing a long distance move (4 hour drive from London). There was a video survey first which was done very professionally. The quote was very competitive. 2 vans were needed with 4 removers. They all turned up on time and worked very hard and handled everything with care, and dismantled a bed. They worked very fast. At the other end everything was unloaded professionally and quickly, and a narrow front door entrance was handled. There was an extra cost applied for reassembling a bed that had been dismantled ( this should have been included in the overall price ) but this was quickly refunded by Chris. Can recommend - very good service, good price, good communication.

Very pleased with my recent house move from South to North London!
Alex and Andrew turned up on time on Easter weekend and sorted all the carrying and moving for me for a 2 bed flat in 5 hours.
Now that I have unpacked I can confirm everything made it safely and nothing was damaged!
Only slight mishap was that one thing that belonged to my flatmate also made its journey to the new property, so I had to return it back to my old place. However, it was very lightweight so could be carried easily back on the tube :)
