I See No Problem Here
I absolutely love everything about Montu! Friendly and helpful staff if I ever need to call, prompt responses on live web chat, great choice of top quality products, fantastic prices on hardware compared to most "lifestyle" websites, prompt dispatch (although royal mail don't always meet the deadline) and my overall quality of life has already begun to improve after just 6 weeks of treatment. The flower is clean, flavourful and truly shows the highest level of care during cultivation. The ability to change my strains on a monthly basis allows me to explore the catalogue and find the flower types that work best for me for each of my symptoms.

They were good when I joined 12 months… alas no more
They were good when I joined 12 months ago but over the last three months the stock is awful, the communication when you contact them is non existent and to be honest 2 stars are only because they were good but missed shipments and poor quality products will have me looking to move.

Take your money and run
Prescription has gone missing. Live chat has been ignored for nearly 2 hours, telephone remains unanswered, clearly nobody is interested after they've taken your money. Shambles.

No online reviewing system for expensive items!
The marketplace is straightforward, but it could be much better. One improvement would be adding a customer review system so people can see what the quality of each product is actually like before ordering.
I spent over £100 on products, only to receive them and find they weren’t up to my expectations. I wanted to leave a review to help other customers decide whether the products would meet their standards, but there wasn’t any review system in place.
That seems like a strange omission when customers are spending significant amounts of money, especially as it’s a feature that would be relatively easy to implement. Without customer reviews, it almost gives the impression that they don’t want buyers to share honest feedback.

Terrible service and failed in duty of care
Medication was ordered 2 weeks ago it’s gone missing and I am not getting replies to emails or calls. They have taken my money and not provided the medication for 2 weeks so I’m now unable to work

Nothing works, can't get medicine
Glitchy payment system, non existent support channel, nothing works. Unreliable service. Waste of time. One of the poorest support experiences ever.
