Very easy to order and quick delivery

Started off great. As time has gotten on medication has started to not arrive on time. I made an order on the 29th September for next day delivery to be told that evening it is not available and to reply and state what alternative I would like - which I done! 24 hours later no reply nothing. I’ve had to call in yesterday to be told there is a mistake and it wouldn’t have allowed me to order if it was out of stock. After reassurance they said they were going to request an alternative, I don’t know why as these have already been requested and I have also already paid for this item for it to be dispatched so I receive today. Once again not dispatched and asking me to make payment again! I cannot get through to anyone after waiting 45 mins on hold and no response on live chat. Absolutely ridiculous!

Tried getting review removed for telling the truth! Not fit for purpose. Untrained staff, useless at every aspect of being a pharmacy. No support. Your not a patient your a cash cow. Remove this and I WILL just contact trading standards AGAIN for you to be investigated AGAIN

0/10 my order has been delivered to the wring address and signed for so I have no way to receive it.
I want a full refund and a new product sent out to me now as this is the first delivery I’m expecting and it’s putting me off trying to order again when this is my last straw to try something new for pain relief.

Very straightforward and quick process

Absolutely dreadful experience. I requested my prescription to be sent to this pharmacy and was led to believe that my medication would be available for me. However, the pharmacy then gave/sold the medication to another customer because they apparently operate on a “first come, first served” basis.

This is extremely frustrating, particularly when the medication had already been requested by me and I was relying on receiving it. I then spent around two hours waiting for the pharmacy to respond while there was still time for my medication to be delivered that day. Because of the delay in resolving the issue, I missed the delivery cut-off and now I’m being told that my medication won’t arrive until Saturday, when I won’t even be there to receive it.

The explanations I was given about stock being limited, medication potentially going out of date, etc. simply don’t make sense in this situation. The medication was in date, there was stock available, and I had already requested it. From my perspective, they simply supplied my medication to somebody else and then left me to deal with the consequences.

The whole situation has been poorly handled from start to finish. Communication was extremely slow, the issue wasn’t resolved, and I am now the one left without my medication when I should never have been put in this position.

I would strongly recommend that this pharmacy reviews how it manages prescription stock and, more importantly, how it communicates with patients when mistakes like this occur.

The delivery was on time and the product is very enjoyable

Easy to order and very fast delivery.
Order around 3pm and got my order by 1pm next day.

Disappointing that its so difficult to speak to anyone, Ive called several times over the past few days and after requesting a call back I heard nothing, they doesn’t appear to be an email to use as a means of contact.. You probably need more, or better trained staff

Montu made a mistake with my prescription and then allowed me to order an item that was out of stock. I only found this out when awaiting delivery. They then apologized and issued a replacement prescription for a similar product, however they then sent me the wrong product! I ordered a 30 percent THC product and was given a 25 percent product at a higher price.......
