Not a great start
Not a great start, 1st prescription paid for then not dispatched due to prescriber error. 5 days later further prescription issue, medication now out of stock, requested payment again prior to dispatch. Tried to reply to original message and no reply for 3 days so ended up paying again to dispatch. However following delivery of meds received reply and original purchase now refunded. Hopefully a one off error and should be easier next time

Great service from Montu pharmacy
Great service from Montu pharmacy, however Royal Mail let them down as special guaranteed delivery was paid for but was not adhered to. So the prescription came a day late. But I can’t fault Montu for that.

Sofa -so good!
Couple of months in and it’s been great, I was with releaf before, very expensive but very professional, I was worried about changing.
All the doctors and customer service people have been fantastic, change was easy although things going out of stock was a little frustrating however there’s lots to choose from at all prices.
Being able to request a strain change has made it easy to find what I want and what works best for me. Fast delivery is excellent. Has all really helped me and being able to join my family on the couch now for fun and a movie rather than being in bed in extreme pain is excellent!

Started off great, gone downhill!
Started off great. As time has gotten on medication has started to not arrive on time. I made an order on the 29th September for next day delivery to be told that evening it is not available and to reply and state what alternative I would like - which I done! 24 hours later no reply nothing. I’ve had to call in yesterday to be told there is a mistake and it wouldn’t have allowed me to order if it was out of stock. After reassurance they said they were going to request an alternative, I don’t know why as these have already been requested and I have also already paid for this item for it to be dispatched so I receive today. Once again not dispatched and asking me to make payment again! I cannot get through to anyone after waiting 45 mins on hold and no response on live chat. Absolutely ridiculous!
