Customer Service is Non-Existent
I ordered on 5/8 and it's 5/15 and my order status has not been updated. I emailed customer service and no response. I even paid the $9.99 for expedited shipping and NOTHING. I will never again order from this company. I want my money back.

Don’t Expect Timely Shipment of Order
Per their website “Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 2-5 business days. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.”
Placed order 5/8. 5 business days later my order still hasn’t shipped. My current status says “We're preparing these items for shipping.” I have sent multiple emails with no response.

Terrible customer service & shipping
I placed an order on May 2nd. It is now May 14th & the order has not shipped. Ive asked politely FIVE times to cancel & refund my card. Has not happened. Also, company outright lied- citing "severe weather in the northeast " as the cause of the delay. I live in the northeast and there is no such weather.
