They have finally fixed their shipping issues and come much quicker.

There were some issues in May with production and shipping. Since then, my orders have come on time and in good shape. It's a small company and I enjoy supporting small businesses. Besides, I really enjoy the pops . Part of my everyday routine. Give them a try.

I was never refunded for the product not received in my order. You admitted it did not ship there was problem on your end not mine. Then you said you were resending even though I asked for refund over and over. Just now I get email for $6 and something coupon. That doesn't cover 3 bags of 20 pc each Recharge and Glo Powder. Still months later...nothing. will be filing a complaint. My email for trustpilot is different than with my order for privacy.

Well, it did take a while for my package to come…so long in fact, that I forgot what I bought. Anyway, my packages came and not crushed, which was good as I had anticipated smashed pops from reading the reviews. The apple was okay, nothing great, but the watermelon and blue raspberry are delicious!!! I will re-order now that I know what I like for sure, but hope things come way quicker this time!!!

Paid for expedited shipping so 2-2 days for arrival. 4 days later still haven't received them. Not starting off very well. Don't waste money $9.00 for nothing. I've wrote them twice with no response

Mollipop is definitely a scam. They very poorly package the product so it will likely arrive crushed and sticky. The order will likely be well over a month late, and if you try to cancel even weeks before its shipped they will deny canceling your order. When you recieve the damaged order you tried to cancel They will ghost you and you wont get a refund

It did take 3 weeks to get the product but I love them. I would highly recommend these. They taste good, seem to be in a better mood and I seem to have more energy having 2 a day.

I opted to purchase the product with the agreement to make payments every 2 weeks. I submitted my payment information and was charged the total price. No way to cxl the my order or anything. Only an email address.

Scam. Waited for 1 month after several calls said that the product was shipped. I cannot can’t follow up on the delivery because it was sent ground without signature. Molly pop has to do that I’ve contacted them. They are no longer responding to me. There was a photo with the shipment not my front door, said it was delivered at three in the afternoon is showing a hand holding a package where the label cannot be read in the dark meaning it would’ve been delivered at night not in the middle of the afternoon as disclosed on the confirmation of delivery. I is a scam.

I paid for 3-5 day shipping, but never received my order. I paid over $40 for three flavors of lollipop. Over one month later I got an email saying they had been delivered with a delivery photo of the wrong front door. FedEx had delivered them to the wrong address. I tried to contact FedEx to no avail. They told me they would only speak to the shipper about my order, and to contact the shipper. When I contacted Mollipop customer service, they gave me a $6.74 store credit that was only good for one week. Worst company ever!!!!!!! I will never ever do business with them again!!!

Ordered, they took my money, and I haven't received the product. Sent 5 emails and No response. Turned it into my bank. DO NOT order from them. Scam Scam Scam

After months of waiting, I never even received them and fehu wouldn't even think about a refund. Definitely a SCAM

I’ve ordered 2x. First time took almost a month to receive them. Figured they were a new company, so I’d give them another shot since I liked the lollipops. Second order…it’s been a month and I still haven’t received them. Boooooo. Not sure I will ever get them at this point.

This company takes your money and gives you the runaround blaming back order and production and you never get a refund or the product!!! 100% SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered 5/6/2026. Never sent product. Emailed them and they make excuse after excuse. Been a whole month. Disputing transaction now with my bank. Scam company.

Been a month, no product. I contacted them twice to cancel but they won't. Their position remains that "there has been a delay but now they are preparing the shipment." First they offered me a 15% coupon and then a 50% coupon. Obviously I do not want to give them more of my money. lol.

edited to reply: I e-mailed so many times before writing the original review. Eventually the product did come, but the whole thing was ridiculous and absolutely not worth it.

In fairness, since I did eventually recieve the suckers, I will edit the title from scam to "not worth hassle."

Also ordered 5/2, order never shipped. Gave the run around in emails about made up delays. When I requested a refund, crickets. I already put in for a charge back with the credit card company. Don't buy from this fraudulent company

Ordered 5/7. Got the confirmation email for the order saying that due to severe weather in the northeast orders might be slightly delayed. Get another email on 5/20 saying there's logistic issues affecting shipments headed to my area. Why keep giving everyone a 15% off code. Nobody in their right mind is going to order anything again from a company that can't even send out the initial order.

Delivery took a while due to out of stock issue which is understandable since it is a new company but as soon as I receive the lollipops it taste great and effective for me. I love the new flavor Blue Raspberry and Watermelon.
