Very good email responce, very quick and understandable.

The engineer who fitted my replacement Moixa solar battery was outstanding. He turned up on time, worked efficiently, tidily and cleaned up really well at the end. He checked that everything was working correctly, explained how it all worked and what to do if any problems arose. Full marks and I couldn't recommend him and the whole process more highly.

Fantastic service and hardware from Moixa with my new smart battery system. I noticed the very comprehensive and detailed site survey form as well as the very responsive customer communication from Andy Matkin (Installations Team) and Shakeel Ahmeed (Customer support), which enormously assisted the smooth transition to the 9.6 Kw/h system. Zac the Moixa engineer who visited me to install the system was very competent and the whole transition on the day took literally four hours, exactly as originally described.

The system stopped reporting output from the solar panels; I was efficiently walked through diagnosis and then it was quickly fixed at their end. Very good customer service.

We were concerned about our export generation.
We phoned Moixa and the team member correctly diagnosed what the problem was likely to have been.
The part required was sent to us as promised, we were then able with telephone support to make the connection to the internet and our generation of electricity was back on track.

Extremely happy with our Moixa smart battery system from the beginning to the end. Very friendly sales team and the installers were very professional and helpful too. The whole tech you get is bargain compared with other companies. The user interface on the app is spot on. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I contacted Moixa by phone with queries about the storage and use of electricity in and from the solar panels and battery installed by the company at my house 5 months ago. The call was answered immediately and the technician was very helpful, fully understood my request and promised to investigate. Later the same day he called back with a software solution which was enacted swiftly remotely. This was followed by several emails confirming that he was monitoring my electrical storage, production and usage, and that the system was now working at best efficiency.
I felt that the Moixa team were a dynamic and cohesive unit, very responsive to my request, quick to react and to monitor. Above all I was impressed by the friendly attitude, clear capability of the technician, and the desire to resolve the issue quickly.
