Moixa's post sales support is truly amazing. I've had building work done several years after the solar was installed and the electrician's messed up the system - their support guys sorted it remotely with the help of some photos going back and forth between us! They are truly fantastic.

I have had a problem with the system not communicating as expected.
I emailed the help desk and got a very rapid response which suggested actions to be made on the system.

On further investigation of my email inbox, Moixa had already spotted the problem and provided solutions to solve the problem.

We have had our 4.8 Moixa battery for 18 months now, we are very happy with the service from the Moixa team from start to finish. They are always a phone call or email away if I have any queries and respond very quickly.

I was waiting for non-urgent works to be carried out to my installation but have subsequently been contacted by Moixa explaining that currently circumstances are preventing them from working as usual but they will attend as soon as they possibly can. I do feel well assured.

Excellent customer service and very experienced. Courteous. Know exactly what customer is talking about and gave excellent advice.

Moixa customer service team alerted me to a possible battery fault. In the end it turned out to be a glitch with my internet rather than a battery fault, so all's well. Moixa customer service are attentive and responsive, I can certainly recommend Moixa as a supplier for PV and smart batteries.
