At first, I bought the wrong product, contacted customer service for an exchange, and the new product fits perfectly. It's simply a fantastic design. Customer service is also excellent. I hope MOFT will create more fashionable products. I will still keep an eye out for suitable products in the future.

Indeed, my previous shopping experience was very bad - the response was slow and the results were not satisfactory. But this time the situation has improved.

Well, I actually haven't received the product yet, but their customer service left a good impression on me. The item I purchased was supposed to be delivered to India, but I still haven't received it. After contacting the customer service to confirm the situation, the refund process was very fast. I still really want the product I bought and hope that they can open a stable shipping route to India in the future. So far, I'm quite satisfied with their response time.

Shipping was really fast and the package arrived in perfect condition. The delivery guy even called before dropping it off. Very happy with the service. Will order again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

TLDR; wouldn't buy again

I got the case and two card wallet combo for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, had it for about 3 months before wear started to show. Brand new the product looks super clean but being all synthetic is doesn't stand up to any wear at all. One drop on kitchen linoleum left a gash in the corner of the case and after just a couple months the outer bend on the wallet stand is cracking from use. Purchase in late December '25, dropped in February '26, wear on the wallet was noticed late March '26.
I wouldn't recommend Moft anyone that isn't keeping their phone locked in a drawer until it's time to upgrade.

I bought the Vegan Leather Case for my 17 Pro and it is a very good looking case, I love the design. Had a little issue with the quality but the Moft team kindly resolved it. I can recommend. The darker colors are a bit better because they are more resistant to discoloration.

The reason Moft is getting 5 stars is because of their customer service. I’m not sure what I expected but they met and exceeded expectations. I wound up returning the wallet. Not because of a problem… I just needed more than what this particular wallet offered. We need more companies like this. Thank you for great service!

I’m disappointed in the fact that a $50 case was cracked so quickly/easily, but on the plus side MOFT’s customer support was quick to resolve my issue and super helpful

Habe mir das neue Tracking-fähiger Handy Ständer & Kartenetui Set gekauft. Die Lieferung kam aus China ob wohl in Deutschland Store bestellt, kam aber relativ schnell.

Die Qualität ist aber schlecht zu denn überteuerten Preis. Karten bekommt man mit Glück eine rein, raus hingegen ist ein Kraftakt da extrem schwer es raus zu schieben. Der Magnet ist schwach und der Ständer ist umständlich zu bedienen da man diesen nur schwer aufstellen kann.

Ich kann das Produkt nicht empfehlen. Zurückschicken wird quasi unmöglich gemacht da nach US auf eigene Kosten.

Kauft daher nicht bei Moft direkt!!!

Despite negative comments I ordered Smart Folio for Ipad m5 /13 inch. Shipping in 9 days (to France) / product impeccable. Very original design. The magnet is strong even with the aple pencil holder. I highly recommend.

Extremely poor customer service. Delivery window of my order is well past and they are not responding to my complaint. The courier tgey use, PDN Express has overwhelmingly negative reviews. It looks like Moft is running a business based on fraudulent practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .

This company comes off as in the US, but once you order, you realize their products ship from China. I ordered a Christmas gift early November and it’s Dec 19 and no box. The tracking they use is also a joke. I wished I had read the reviews before placing my order.

I got a laptop sleeve and a phone tripod and on the track and trace says that the product was delivered on the 5th of December but I did not receive anything. Sent Moft an email some days ago and no response till today.. Tried sending another email some time ago, I need answers!!!

Do not buy from this company. They are a scam. As many other reviews across IG, Amazon, and here have stated they have defective products and magnets and it is a known issue. They claim their return policy on their website and have a process for addressing the defective product but they do not respond and they do not adhere to this stated policy. They have never responded to my several requests to replace their product or send it back. I disputed it with my bank and they responded to my bank within days but still never reached out to me directly. My bank fell for it and would not approve the dispute. Their stated return period is now well past due to their delays and I've reached out for months. You have a high risk of getting a defective product and your bank will likely not agree and you will be out the money you spent.

I ordered a couple items, which I am unable to review as I ordered them back in October and have not received them. I was told my address was too long, but I'm not able to change what my address is, so they asked if I would like to have my order cancelled - well, if you can't provide me with the products, yes, with a full refund. I am still waiting for either the products or a full and complete refund, but am now just getting silence. Additionally, I am now constantly spammed with emails from them to order more products I'll pay for and not get.

I had to return the ipad case and pencil holder as it would pop off easily and didn’t serve as protection for the device. It took quite a while to get in touch with customer service. Received the return label, sent the product, received confirmation of delivery, however, it’s been a week over a week and have not yet received full refund as guaranteed by customer service agent.

Customer Service is non existent. Low integrity as they removed my 1 star review on their website. Realised I ordered the wrong size, wrote in to enquire about exchange on 16Oct2025, no response until 4Nov2025 despite chasing. I dropped a 1 star review on their website on 4Nov2025. They replied to apologise and that they will get back to me. Till now, I have not heard back. Worse, I found that my 1 star review was removed from their website!

I seldom leave negative reviews, but I do not wish for other buyers to fall into the same trap I did. Product quality is poor, customer service is abysmal, and if you wish to claim a refund, your best bet is to do so through your credit card company – most unsatisfactory, and tantamount to a scam when it comes to the promised discounts and partial refunds that never materialise.
