My experience with MOFT has been extremely positive. Shipping was fast, the company proved to be reliable and attentive to its customers. I really like their products: they are all extremely well-crafted and you can clearly see the attention given to both design and functionality. Their products are not only stylish and modern, but also genuinely useful in everyday life.
I purchased the Dynamic Folio for my 10th generation iPad, which I use every day at school, and I can honestly say that it has changed my life. It is incredibly comfortable and practical to use, while also making my iPad feel lighter and easier to manage throughout the day.
One of the features I appreciate the most is the magnetic design: it gives the product an almost futuristic feel and makes everything quicker, more intuitive, and versatile when switching between positions or ways of using it.
I also really liked the packaging: clean, carefully designed, and premium from the very first moment. To this day, I genuinely can’t find a single flaw — I’m extremely satisfied with both my purchase and my overall experience with MOFT!

MOFT is great! My first encounter of it was about 7 or 8 years ago. Although there aren’t a huge amount of products, they do make every product count. They last super long and feel better than most other brands. The snap field wallet is so nice. It’s minimal but still holds my daily needs. I can watch stuff wherever and the magnetic stand really feels like it’ll last for a long time.

The Dynamic Folio
A tale of a technician’s workflow

I work in the field of Circular Economy.

In this line of work, you have to be as creative as you are methodical. One moment, it’s a quick sketch to make a point in a meeting; the next, it’s organizing and reviewing data. You have to move fast — as fast as your tools allow you to.

That’s where the folio comes in.

One day, I’m visiting a waste disposal site. I take a picture. A few minutes later, I’m sitting on a bench, the iPad resting on my knee, turning that moment into a new insight.

Fast forward. Back at my desk, the iPad shifts into creative mode. I refine the idea, structure it, make it real. Then comes an email, some reading — and with a simple movement, the iPad flips into one of its theater modes, now paired with my mouse and keyboard.

Then a notification hits. I forgot a Zoom meeting.

In seconds, my iPhone becomes the camera, locked in place on the folio. No setup, no friction. I’m already writing on the iPad with my Apple Pencil — which, by the way, has been secured since the beginning of the day thanks to the Pencil holder.

And somehow, I was still on time.

It almost sounds too good to be true. But there is a clear before-and-after effect — both in the pleasure of using the iPad and in overall productivity.

Why?

Because it adds comfort without compromising efficiency — and brings a certain elegance to the whole setup.

You work better. And you’re seen at your best.

I’d give it a solid 9 out of 10.

Why not 10?

Stability could be improved on larger iPad models — though it’s not an issue on smaller ones.

Many cases offer multiple viewing angles. This one does something different: it puts action at the center of the experience.

And that, frankly, is priceless.

At this point, my brain relies on it. It almost triggers work sessions on its own — like a physical expression of the origami unfolding in my mind. This isn’t poetry or flattery. Once you get used to it, it genuinely structures your day through the movement of your hands.

In one word: it removes friction.

I rarely feel loyal to accessory brands, but MOFT is one of the few exceptions. What started as “just trying one product” somehow turned into having everything that I use every single day. Their designs are minimal, practical, and incredibly well thought out — the kind of products you stop noticing because they fit so naturally into your routine. Honestly can’t wait to see what your creativity and technology brings next. Gem Brand.

I needed a new phone case. That’s how I came across Moft. Placing the order was super easy and straightforward. The order arrived within the usual timeframe. Unfortunately, my family wanted to surprise me and ordered the same case, so I ended up with two of them. I then contacted customer support and started the return process, including the refund. There were a few minor issues, but the support representative was very professional and resolved all my concerns quickly and effectively. The issue is now resolved, and I’ve received my refund.

I have two moft products, a folio for my iPad mini that I purchased this, and a laptop stand that I participated in the kickstarter for many years ago and I find them both to be excellent products.

The Apple Pencil Holder. It's the only issue I've had. And It drives me bananas. Ok, it was free BUT otherwise where will I carry it? I had a very heavy cover before, it protected my ipad much better than this one but I accepted that to have the lighter weight. But that cover from another company had an amazing built in apple pencil holder too. Since having this cover and free holder (though this cover cost more than my last), I've lost and dropped my pencil too many times. Found it each time but I have to be VERY aware of it's presence so that it doesn't fall out somewhere. I'd like not to worry about that. A design with a built in pencil holder would be great.

I loved their Snap field wallet and matching case in the “Brownie” color for my iPhone 17 Pro, I wouldn’t change a thing about the quality and versatility of the product it’s just so perfect. I just wish they make that color available for more Apple devices beyond the iPhone 17 Pro/Pro Max. Their customer service was top notch, delivery took a little longer than expected but that was due to unforeseen circumstances out of the MOFT team’s control.
Overall, 10/10 I love the quality and feel of it.

After about 6 months of use my tripod MagSafe wallet flap became a little loose. I sent one email to Moft explaining the issue and they immediately shipped a free replacement for me no questions asked.

I am definitely grateful for the great customer service.

I've purchased a few MOFT products-the Cooling Stand for my MacBook Pro, the Dynamic Folio for my iPad Pro, and the Apple Pencil holder. All have been solid, especially the Dynamic Folio-definitely my favorite iPad case. When my Apple Pencil holder broke, customer service responded quickly, and sent a replacement.

Really like the wallet – slim, functional, and the MagSafe integration works perfectly. After a few months of daily use, the material at the hinge area started to tear, which was disappointing for the price point. However, MOFT's support team was responsive and resolved the issue with a replacement offer without much hassle. Overall a positive experience and I'd buy from them again."*

**Defective product, no customer service response**

Ordered 5 items (Order #418598) on 28 April 2026. The Dynamic Folio for iPad Pro 13" (M5) arrived completely non-functional. The magnetic attachment system does not hold the iPad in place at all. My iPad works perfectly with every other MagSafe accessory I own — the issue is clearly with the product, not the device. I am not the only one; other buyers have reported the exact same defect on this product.

I have attempted to reach MOFT customer service multiple times by phone at +86 755 21613804 with no answer. I have also contacted them via email and am currently awaiting a response.

If I do not receive a reply by tomorrow, I will be proceeding with a chargeback through my bank.

The products look good on paper, but a DOA item combined with an unreachable customer service team is not acceptable. I cannot recommend purchasing directly from moft.us — especially for customers outside the US.

The design is amazing! Emily responded to my logistics status very quickly and patiently answered my questions all the time, which took the whole shopping experience to a new level. I can use MOFT's products on any occasion. They are very convenient and feel great. I have recommended this product to many friends and received a lot of feedback. MOFT makes me stand out from the crowd. However, the wear resistance of the product is not very good, and I hope it can be improved. Everything else is great.

I joined the kickstarter for the dynamic folio after seeing a video on the product. I have had a few cases, but none that offered the same flexibility of the dynamic folio. After getting one originally for my iPad mini, I quickly added another for my iPad Pro 13", along with the pencil holder and decided to get another when i ordered the 11" IPad Pro.

The multi angle support and variations, are fantastic whether I'm watching a video whilst cooking or scrolling when travelling, or playing a simple game on the iPad. The size does not impact upon the portability of the iPad when I am travelling and I now prefer to use my iPad in the dynamic folio when I am away from home and editing pictures for a fast turnaround for social use.

I'd only change the Folio for an updated model from Moft.

I love the Trackable Snap-on Phone Stand & Wallet by MOFT, Use it every day to keep my cards organized. Had some problems with shipping, but i just contacted customer service and it was fixed.

The best case,watch band and magsafe wallet&stand. The shipping very fast

Quite pricey, and took a while to be delivered. But I am happy with the items. Ordered a case for iPad Pro 11 inch M5 and iPhone 16 Pro magsafe clear case. Really like the various possible angles, and magnets feel good. Decent Products. not top of the line, but happy with my purchases
