miserabler Kundenservice-Bin auf mein Geld sitzen geblieben
Ich habe ein Kleid gekauft. Wollte es retournieren weil es nicht passte, da wollten die von mir für die Retoure 20,00 Eur vom Kaufwert abziehen. Damit war ich nicht einverstanden habe eine Retour Invoice von Modanisa erhalten, habe für das Paket 15 Eur bei DHL bezahlt. Das Paket kam nach Wochen wieder zurück weil es von Modanisa nicht abgeholt wurde. Als Email von Modanisa muss ich mir anhören, dass ich gerne das Kleid nochmal zusenden kann. 60 Eur das Kleid plus 15 Eur Retoure was aus meiner Tasche geflossen ist. Ich werde überall Modanisa schlecht bewerten.

Third time they promised they'll get in touch to refund me over $100 that I'm owed- I returned the items almost 3 months ago- and despite the fact that they answer this review saying they'll get in touch with me, they don't! Really insane

horrible customer experience with delivery
I contacted customer service multiple times for a delivery that's horrendously late. Over a month of lateness. I paid 10.99 pounds for delivery and contacted them by email over 10 times seeking updates or a refund. They keep performatively saying they're working on it rather than refunding me.

Ik heb 5 avondjurken besteld via Modanisa. 4 jurken heb ik geretourneerd.
Ik kreeg een mail met de volgende berekening:
Totaal geretourneerde artikelen: 141,05 euro. Hier hebben ze 35 euro kortingsbon afgetrokken. Het terugbetaalde bedrag was 99.77euro.
Waar is mijn 6.28 euro naartoe??
Als ik deze vraag stel aan hun, beweren ze dat ze 14.99 euro retourkosten hebben afgehouden van het totale bedrag. Terwijl er op de mail duidelijk staat 0,00 euro retourkosten.
Dan nog klopt de berekening niet!
Ik heb nog een bestelling die ik moet retourneren en ben nu vrij zeker dat ze dezelfde fouten zullen maken.
Het zijn oplichters! Ik bestel nooit meer op hun website!

Pessima esperienza ho acquistato un completo dove erano disponibili solo sue scelte di taglie 44/46 e 48/50 essendo abituata a prendere la 48 ho preso 48/50 ma e’ enorme non corrisponde assolutamente a quella taglia. Ora per fare il reso mi tocca pagare quanto il costo del completo per spedire in Turchia!!! Assurdo… il reso dovrebbe essere gratuito in questi casi.

Habe im Mai 2024 was zurückgeschickt…
Habe im Juli 2024 was zurückgeschickt bis heute wurde nur ein Teil zurückerstattet ich habe es 9,99 € gekauft und 7,49 € bekommen, eigentlich hätte ich 63,74 € insgesamt bekommen sollen und das ist mir nur per Zufall eingefallen, mehrere WhatsApp Nachrichten geschrieben, Emails bisher erfolglos. Die haben nicht mal ein Stern verdient.

Finger weg! Abzocke !
Ich habe für mich und eine Freundin bestellt und habe es wieder einmal bereut.Ein Paket kam an, das andere wurde an eine völlig andere Stadt geliefert, wie das passieren konnte weiß ich nicht. Den Support angerufen der sagte er wird sich kümmern.Man bezahlt aber 13€ nur für den Versand, der dann nicht mal klappt ????!!!!
Von dem Paket was angekommen ist wollte ich eine Sache zurückschicken, da waren die Rückversandkosten von 19,99€ teurer als das Teil selbst. Hää? Wie geht sowas ?
Absolute Abzocke und unfär gegenüber dem Kunden. Ich bestelle dort nie wieder !
Mit Klarna hab ich auch schon kommuniziert bzgl. des Problems. Ich warte noch auf eine Lösung!

Shockingly poor after sales service
I had to return a number of items from my first and only order with this company because sizing is incredibly inconsistent and one of the items actually arrived damaged. I notified customer care but besides having to follow up on my own refund after the return had been received by the company, I was only given a partial refund not covering all returned items. The after sales service at this company is shocking and it’s not worth the effort and long delivery wait times.

Versandkosten viel teurer als die Produkte selbt
Hätte ich lieber die zurück geschickten Produkte in den Müll geworfen, hätte ich wenigstens nicht so viel Versandkosten gezahlt. Lohnt sich nicht, da die Qualität schlecht ist. Bestelle Nie wieder bei Modanisa. Fühle mich abgezockt.

Rubbish material. I tried a lot of clothes from this website all of them not good quality with high price. Plus if you want to return they didn’t give you full refund so that is kind of scam. Be aware. As they responded to me here in this review so I sent to them order details and already contacted them before to return the Abaya and get refund so they refused so I put it in rubbish bin. by email the abaya had bad material and broken from above seriously rubbish so I feel I lost my £60 that I paid. I sent them an email with details and told them to refund my £60 if seriously want help but I am 💯 they will not refund at all. They just respond to my email now as they said they can't help because of time while already long time ago I asked for refund however that is confirm they know their products are rubbish and it is better for them to keep the £60 really scam company and you can see they had a lot of bad reviews as well.

Arnaque ! À fuir ! Lorsqu’il s’agit de vous encaisser ils comprennent toutes les langues , lorsqu’il s’agit de traiter votre réclamation ils ne savent plus parler votre langue! Colis qui devait être livré par UPS non reçu . Je fais maintes réclamation à ups qui me demande de me retourner vers Modanisa… qui me dit que ma réclamation doit être écrite en turque anglais ou arabe … bref je le fais …. Pas de réponse , pas de colis , pas de remboursement !! Autrement dit ? Une belle arnaque !

I ordered some items three were excellent, two were so-so and two were garbage. I emailed the company,explaining the condition of the items I received. One did not look like the one pictured, it was about 6" shorter than the one pictured and could not be a "tunic" as described and one was very wrinkled when I received it,but worst of all it had belt loops but no belt was included. It was meant to be a gift, but is totally useless. The company gave me the option of returning 2 of the items but I would have to pay shipping which is not worth it

Mauvaise expérience de Livraison et de SC! Je déconseille!!
Très mauvaise expérience avec Modanisa! Service cielnt pas fiable et service de livraison en France très médiocre (UPS). J'explique la situation : je suis une cliente fidèle de Modanisa depuis plusieurs années, et pourtant là je ne peux plus acheter sur leur site. J'ai effectué une commande qui devait être livrée au plus tard le 28 aout par UPS. Commande pas reçue. Le livreur refuse de me livrer mon colis si je ne me déplace pas jusqu'à son véhicule alors que je ne peux pas sortir de mon domicile car j'ai un bébé qui dort et je ne peux le laisser seul sans accompagnement. Le livreur refuse de livrer le colis à mon adresse et me raccroche au nez et s'en va avec mon colis à je ne sais quel endroit !! J'essaie de contacter UPS via un numéro surtaxé (pas de réponse), et le service client de Modanisa ne m'a pas résolu mon problème. Je sais toujours pas ou est mon colis qui coute plus de 100 euros!! Je ne sais pas si je vas me faire livrer ou pas !! C'est quoi ce service ?? Je ne commande plus de chez Modanisa qui malgrès de nombreuses plaintes contre le service UPS continue à travailler avec eux comme sous-traitant!!

Artikel nicht wie beschrieben Qualität sehr schlecht
Die Beschreibung von den Artikeln entspricht nicht der Wahrheit und man bekommt Artikel die defekt sind wie z.B. Löscher im Stoff oder Risse. Mann versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen damit die Probleme gelöst werden sollen aber man bekommt keine Hilfe und die Artikel mit schlechten Qualität und defekten Stoff kann man direkt in die Tonne schmeißen da der Rückversand extrem teuer ist.
Lasst die Finger lieber weg kann auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen.

Took my money and kept stating they've tried to delivered but had not done so. No refund given either. They are scamming people for their money and not delivering. I will ensure this site get closed down by the citizens advice layers. The UK will shut it down, this is fraudulence.

Die Kosten für Rücksendungen werden unabhängig von Modanisa gemäß den kommerziellen Richtlinien der Versandfirmen unter Berücksichtigung der Transport- und Betriebskosten festgelegt. Wir müssen Ihnen leider mitteilen, dass aufgrund der Zunahme der Wechselkursdifferenz die Kosten für Rücksendungen unabhängig von Modanisa ebenfalls gestiegen sind.
