Hallo zusammen, man wird mit tollen Angeboten gelockt! Mit kostenlosen Versand! Nach Deutschland!
Und wenn eine oder mehrere Sachen sollen zurück geschickt werden, wird eindeutig nur ein Möglichkeit Angeboten. Für 20 Euro kann man rückware abgeben. Das beste ist ,das Empfänger in Deutschland ist!
So kann man Geschäfte machen.
Und Kunde Verlieren.
Nie mehr , es lohnt sich nicht.
In der beschreibun steht, das ich kann selber auswählen, wie ich mein Packet zurück schicken kann; auf normale wege ,es wäre kostenlosen! In der Tat ist es so, man hats kein Wahl! Man ist gezwungen den Versand für 20€ anzunehmen.
Und das ist nicht Korrekt!!! Und es sind nicht die höhe kosten.

Anscheinend bin ich nicht die Einzige, die über diese so genannten Rücksendegebühren von 20€ enttäuscht ist. Ich habe dieser Marke eine zweite Chance gegeben. Also es ist einfach betrügerisch solche Summen für eine s*cheiß Retoure zu verlangen. Nie wieder von Modanisa bestellen. Ich rate jeden davon ab!!!

Appalling experience
Appalling experience, I ordered 4 items. One of which was so small it was literally a kid's size ( label said size 40).
Upon going through the returns procedure as per their app says. As soon as I clicked on return the one item it came up a single return option 'express return'. The summary said cost of item £14.99 and the cost of returning that item also '£14.99'. No way does a single item cost £14.99 to return! Diabolical...to which I would get £0.00 for returning the item. Daylight robbery!
Never ordering from them again..the quality of their clothes for the price they sell them at is ridiculous.

Schoenen besteld. Maar is echt een hele slechte kwaliteit uit China. Bij binnen komt als niet meer in model en deze werden geleverd in een plastic zakje Inplaats van een schoenen doos. Ik heb een retour formulier aangevraagd het zal mij benieuwen of ik me geld terug krijg.

Ordered from them, and did not give all the items ordered. Also gave a wrong item. However, there was no way to do anything about this as I realised (very late) that they don’t give an order number- and so when you try to raise a problem with them, they ask for order number which you don’t have and you can’t do anything about it.

Modanisa is going downhill....
Modanisa is going downhill with their customer services and the logistics.
I made an order of nearly £100 and when the package arrived it was missing a shawl that I had paid 6.99 for. Another item a belt was faulty and the button would not close cost 12.99. On the 7th November I raised a complaint and provided all the pictures videos. Still not resolved, harassing for the same information over again. Want a picture of the package. As if I knew that an item is missing and I is damaged. Really not worth all thus hassle. Never again

Modanisa used to be very good!! I didn't buy from them for few years. Last month I decided to order new clothes for myself but this time they sent me wrong items!! I emailed them few times regarding this, and there was no reply.. I decided to return my clothes and get my refund.. they said their return postage is 14.99 but on new invoice said the shipping fee is 31.17!!! I am not happy at all. Habe zwei Teile bestellt, eins behalten der andere sollte zurück. Laut Hermes alles bei Modanisa angekommen, hat Modanisa faxen gemacht, dass sie angeblich die Sendung nicht erhalten haben, konnte es mit der versendungsnummer beweisen. Nun soll ich 20€ versandkosten zahlen, wobei sie mit kostenloser Bestellung werben. Nie nie nie wieder, reinste abzocke !!!!!

I received the wrong items and teribble customer service
I received the wrong items. Emailed them to return and sort the issue out am they sent me a lable to print out. I don't have ink so I had to buy some and then print out. The label did not work at my local post office so I kept trying multiple others as they told me to go to different one as the other ones are bigger and would accept. Finally tried for the last time a week after the 3o days return and it didn't work and they told me to go back to a post office I tried. Obviously what happened is the labels I had were fake and does not work. THIS is after spending 60 gbp on customs to get items that were being sent back.
When it came to printing the label it was very difficult as it would not show up clearly this is after the hassle of getting the ink to print.
After sorting the printing issue I have been to several parcel shop to return it and it was not accepted. I tried again for the final time yesterday at a different place and still did not work. After I tried multiple places and tried on my end. It's not my Fault that this has occurred I obviously was sent the wrong item and wrong lable and now being made to feel like it's my fault. The return process has been a nightmare and is not made easy for the customers.

Unclear with your product description incorrectly sizing wrong products sent returns has been difficult woth wrong unworking labels been sent out. I was willing to pay for the returns but it still won't work have been trying at multiple places to get the parcels accepted. To top it off I paid a large sum at customs just to return it and lost out on that money
