Prices have ridiculously increased to a point I had to contact the Turkish manufacturer and see if they can ship me their items instead. I used to buy FD sports tops for exercise for CAD$35-70 from modanisa. But now they are charging CAD$170-270. What in the world! We are not stupid. FD sports website has the same prices in Turkish Lira as the older prices, why the increase. Just because we live in the west doesn’t mean you can exploit our money that way. Alternatives will be available very soon and you will go out of business if you don’t go back to your original prices.

Lächerliche Qualität zu einem lächerlichen Preis. Zu dem wurden mir 20€ für eine retoure die innerhalb Deutschland versendet wurden verrechnet. Unglaublich. 20€ für eine retoure.
Kann niemanden empfehlen, da etwas zu bestellen.

Slechte klantenservice
In april heb ik mijn complete bestelling retour gestuurd, maar ik heb alleen 1 item teruggestort gekregen! Ik zit er al maanden achteraan, maar ik krijg telkens een automatisch bericht. Elke week contact gezocht via de mail en social media, geen verschil! Aan de reacties is te lezen dat meerderen tegen hetzelfde probleem aanlopen. Slechte klantenservice.

That's true
That's true. The prices have gone high as if the material is made up of their blood or flesh. Everytime I go to their website I feel bad as if I am throwing money in the garbage. Instead I prefer shopping from tiktok they are affordable.

Worst service
Worst service. They send you defect item and when you complain you recieve voucher with no info of terms and conditions. The amount was 23€ but you can only use if you buy for over 40€ and nobody tell you that and when you contact them they tell you too bad. So now have defect item and no compensation

Service client désastreux
Service client désastreux. Mon colis est bloqué je ne sais où par UPS. Déjà il est très compliqué de contacter le service client de Modanisa. Ensuite leur réponse après plusieurs jours "contactez le transporteur"! Aucun sens du client. Pourquoi je devrais contacter le transporteur via un numéro surtaxé, c'est à eux de gérer leur sous-traitant et s'assurer que mon colis arrive à destination.
C'est la première et dernière fois que je commande chez eux.

Je déconseille ce site, j'ai fait une commande de plus de 100€, ils se sont trompés sur un article, j'ai commandé un ensemble à 29€ je reçois un chiffon horrible, et pour le retourner je dois payer les frais de livraison et on ne me rembourse même pas la somme totale, à fuir, plus jamais je commande chez eux

Kundenservice und rechtliche Bestimmungen gibt es hier nicht
İch habe ein Kleid bestellt und es hat mir leider nicht gepasst. Da war an dem Kleid so ein Gütesiegel, was man nicht abreißen darf. Weil man es sonst nicht wieder zurück schicken darf. Hab extra drauf aufgepasst. Es ordnungsgemäß verpackt und zurück geschickt. Musste selber knapp 20 Euro Versandkosten zahlen und dann hab ich eine unverschämte Rückmeldung bekommen, dass sie das Produkt nicht mehr weiterverkaufen können und ich keine Rückerstattung bekomme. Mehr Brauch ich dazu nicht sagen.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The quality and sizings are awful, overpriced too.
The returns are the worst in this time and age. I bought stuff worth $276 USD and wanted to return some items because of quality and sizing, the cheapest return shipping fee was $144. Tried contacting them for a prepaid return label but they refused, Just imagine paying all this for a return. There's almost no business/website that doesn't offer free returns nowadays.

Bestellung mit EXPRESSVERSAND dauert länger als normaler Lieferzeitraum
Ich habe eine Bestellung aufgegeben mit einem Expressversand,da mei e Tochter die Kleidung mit in den Urlaub nehmen wollte. Es sind 14 Tage vergangen es tut sich nichts !! Ware ist nicht angekommen der Kundenservice ist für nichts. Ein guter Kundenservice sieht anders aus!!
Ich wurde mit 'fer Weiterleitung an die zuständige Abteilung' vertröstet.

Reine Abzocke! Unseriös und unzuverlässig
Das ist der absolut unseriöseste und unzuverlässigste Online Shop den ich bis heute kenne. Ich habe mehrere Sachen dort bestellt und zurückgegeben, bis heute warte ich auf meine Rückerstattung. Es sind mittlerweile 5 MONATE vergangen, ich habe schon mehrfach da angerufen und denen geschrieben, es ist aber bis jetzt immer noch nichts passiert. Am Ende musste ich sowohl die Sachen bezahlen, die ich nicht mal behalten habe, als auch die Mahngebüren von Klarna zahlen. Der Kundenservice ist einfach für rein gar nichts zu gebrauchen, die verarschen einen einfach total. Wirklich unverschämt und respektlos!

Disappointed
Disappointed, not recommended. I made an order for Eid clothes, the package didn't arrive on the designated time, customer service says "the delivery company could not deliver it" and asked me to pick it up from a pick up point. The delivery company never came to deliver the package and didn't send me the delivery id or qr to be able to pick up my package. I lost my time and money.
