Unbale request return for item considered refundable on web site.
Update: they write the my problem has been resolved which is not true.
I made an order on 16/05 (order number #104793251), but I would like to return the item because it is too small. I received the burkini yesterday in Italy.
However, I am unable to request a return because the system says the item is non-refundable. This condition was not mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase.

Son üç gündür WhatsApp, e-posta ve destek sistemi üzerinden sizinle iletişime geçmeye çalışıyorum, ancak hiçbir şekilde geri dönüş alamadım. Bu durum son derece sinir bozucu ve kabul edilemez. Özellikle müşterilerine değer verdiğini iddia eden bir şirket için böyle bir hizmet düzeyi oldukça üzücüdür.
Bu yaşadığım deneyim beni çok memnuniyetsiz bıraktı ve üzülerek belirtmeliyim ki Modanisa’dan son alışverişim olacak. Satış sonrası güvenilir bir müşteri desteği sunmayan bir şirkete güvenmek mümkün değildir.

Je suis choquée, on ne m’a pas rembourser 3 article que j’ai rendu. Ils m’ont remboursé que 4 article c’est du vol . Pour une cliente fidèle de modanisa je suis très déçue. C’est la dernière fois que je commande chez vous modanisa, c’est la dernière fois.

I’ve been trying to get into contact with their customer service for about a week now. They have not responded and this is regarding a return i have. Also i cancelled another order and have not been refunded my 500 dollars worth of dresses yet.

This company are a joke
This company are a joke. AVOID.
My order was cancelled just as it was due to arrive. Meaning they hadn't even sent it. Reason for cancelling- no stock. This was a lie as I went onto the website and all items were available. My sister in law has now ordered the same thing and they are on their way.
I believe this company is racist. I have an English name and my sister in law has a berber name. I believe that's why it was cancelled.
They do not reply to emails unless you hound them, even then they reply with no conclusion, then tell you they have dealt with the complaint and the case is closed.
Avoid at all costs.
JUST TO SAY THAT THIS ISSUS WAS NEVER RESOLVED, THEIR REPLY BELOW IS UNTRUE.

Ich habe 4 Kleider bestellt, davon passten 2 leider nicht und mussten zurück. Da ich nichts über Rücksendekosten gelesen hatte, dachte ich, diese wären kostenfrei. Allerdings muss man die Rücksendung selbst bezahlen – entweder per Expressversand (19,99€ Abzug von der Rückerstattung) oder auf eigene Kosten. Das günstigste DHL-Paket in die Türkei kostet ohne Sendungsverfolgung schon 11,99€.
Ich kann das Unternehmen auf keinen Fall empfehlen!

Wir möchten Sie hiermit wissen lassen, dass wir beim Paketversand von der Türkei in über 100 Länder mit führenden Versandunternehmen arbeiten, und dass wir unsere Versandfirmen je nach Leistung in den betreffenden Gebieten mit höchster Sorgfalt auswählen. Die Kosten für Rücksendungen werden unabhängig von Modanisa gemäß den kommerziellen Richtlinien der Versandfirmen unter Berücksichtigung der Transport- und Betriebskosten festgelegt. Wir müssen Ihnen leider mitteilen, dass aufgrund der Zunahme der Wechselkursdifferenz die Kosten für Rücksendungen unabhängig von Modanisa ebenfalls gestiegen sind.
Horrible customer service
I ordered a modest swimwear item and waited for a while for it to arrive as I needed it before a certain date. When ordering, I was told that it would come between a certain time frame and that it would be before my deadline. It ended up arriving after the time period so I no longer needed it. It arrived and I only opened the packaging to make sure everything was sent correctly. I did not try it on and immediately tried to fill out a return request. On their website it says that you ARE able to return swimwear items if they have not been tried on and not removed from the inner packaging. So I SHOULD HAVE been able to return it before the 14 days. Yet the website didn’t let me and so I wanted to contact the team to request a refund directly. I tried contacting them from WhatsApp, contact forms etc… yet didn’t get a SINGLE reply. I honestly think that they are waiting for the 14 day period to be over and then they’ll say I can’t send it back anymore. I am very disappointed with this company and honestly will never order from them again. If I could give zero stars or even minus stars I would do so, unfortunately I cannot. Please do not waste your hard earned money on such a horrible company!! They have absolutely no respect as they refuse to even get in contact over the span of nearly a week.

Not a happy customer
I ordered two cardigans..cheap quality .....one of them was good size... And the Other was so small it would fit a 10 year old girl. I wanted to make a return, and the cost of return is higher than the price of item which totally put me off from returning.. I won't be ordering again.

Disappointing Customer Services.
I bought this coat for my daughter as an Eid gift. When she tried on the coat she noticed a big red mark inside the coat and the sleeves were tight. I contacted customer services, took pictures of the mark and explained I would like to return the coat and get a refund, instead they refunded me 67p. I paid £39.99 for the coat and the amount I was refunded was a joke. I emailed them twice asking where in their right mind did they think I should get 67p refund for something I paid £39.99 they have chosen to ignore my emails. This is ridiculous. I have previously bought from them, but after the shocking customer service I received I definitely won't be buying from them again.

Dritter Artikel war aus super dünnem Stoff.
Rückerstattung extrem kompliziert und aufwendig.
Hätte nie nur ein Kleid gekauft, bleibe aber auf 11 Euro Versandkosten sitzen.

Ich habe etwas Bestellt was ich stornieren möchte, und obwohl das Paket als "wird vorbereitet" bezeichnet wird, kann ich es nicht stornieren!! Ich kann auch nichts zurück schicken weil da steht ich hätte keine Bestellungen zum zurückschicken? Also das es nie eine Bestellung angeblich gegeben hätte? Niemand geht beim Kundenservice ran, antwortet nicht bei Whatsapp und auch nicht auf die E-Mails!!!! Ich will mein geld zurück!!

La plus mauvaise expérience que j'ai…
La plus mauvaise expérience que j'ai fait😤 ...j'ai fait un retour de vêtement pour en commander un autre et sur les 58 Euro du prix du vêtement ils m'ont rendu seulement 38 Euro soit 20 Euro de frais de retour et ce vers une déstination locale (Allemagne)...ils ont perdu une cliente et j'espère qu'ils vont en perdre d'autres!

Achtung Abzocke
Ich habe zweimal bei Modanisa bestellt, und beide Male war die Größe völlig falsch geschnitten, Es passt einfach nicht obwohl ich genau meine richtige Größe bestellt habe. Das ist schon frustrierend genug, aber das Schlimmste ist, dass die Rücksendekosten 20 Euro betragen – was ich als absolut unverschämt empfinde. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass die Retoure gar nicht in die Türkei, sondern innerhalb von Deutschland abgewickelt wird, und trotzdem so hohe Kosten anfallen.
Die schlechte Passform und die überhöhten Rücksendekosten haben mich wirklich wütend gemacht. Ich werde auf jeden Fall nie wieder bei Modanisa bestellen und kann diesen Shop nicht weiterempfehlen. Sehr enttäuschend!

Finger weg! Ich warte seit 6 Wochen auf meine Rückzahlung von der zurück gesendeten Ware! Es wird immer geschrieben, dass meine Emails an die zuständige Stelle weitergeleitet wird! Nur die zuständige Stelle meldet sich nicht bei mir!
Update:Die Rückzahlung habe ich heute 04.04.2025 endlich erhalten!

Very bad customer service
Everything was good until i had to return the last 2 orders, one of them was defective. I returned them for 2 weeks ago and they are delivered, but i still haven't received anything from them. I wrote 3 mails and wrote to WhatsApp number and didn't receive any response. This is the last time I shop at Modanisa.

J'ai été contactée par le service après vente suite à un avis négatif (article non conforme), après avoir envoyé des photos ils me répondent qu'il n'y a aucun problème avec l'article et que je peux le retourner avec leur procédure de retour classique soit avec 14e99 de retenue sur le remboursement c'est un scandale
