Entreprise très douteuse. Tant que les vêtements vous font aucun problème mais si vous devez échanger ou vous faire rembourser bonne chance. Depuis 4 mois que j’essaye de me faire rembourser sans succès. J’ai renvoyé les articles et j’ai payé pour les frais de retour presque le montant de la marchandise et toujours rien. Ils sont malhonnêtes.

Commande fantôme, service inexistant – tellement déçue.

Je ne comprends pas. J’ai passé une commande chez Modanisa France le 8 juin 2025. Plus d’un mois plus tard, aucun colis, aucun mail, aucun appel, rien du tout. Comme si ma commande n’avait jamais existé.

Ce qui me choque encore plus, c’est qu’avant je recevais toujours mes colis sans souci. Alors pourquoi ce silence total aujourd’hui ? Je les ai contactés plusieurs fois, par mail, via leur site, même par téléphone… aucune réponse.

C’est franchement inadmissible. Je me sens ignorée, et surtout, prise pour une idiote.

Je ne commanderai plus jamais sur ce site, et je ne le recommanderai à personne autour de moi. Quand on encaisse l’argent d’une cliente, la moindre des choses, c’est de respecter la commande ou au moins de répondre.

I have been trying to contact customer care for 3 days now, no response via email or WhatsApp. I want to cancel the Order since it hasn’t shipped yet. What kind of company is this if they can’t provide basic services.

Purtroppo devo confermare l'esperienza estremamente negativa con Modanisa. Dopo aver subito un disservizio (che rimane tuttora irrisolto), ho pubblicato una recensione negativa alla quale l’azienda ha risposto promettendo una soluzione.
Quella promessa si è rivelata una strategia puramente di facciata, utile solo a salvare l’apparenza agli occhi dei lettori. Una volta ottenuto l’effetto di mostrare “attenzione al cliente”, Modanisa ha interrotto ogni comunicazione, ignorando completamente il problema, che resta aperto.
Questo comportamento, lo definirei scorretto, nonché indice di una gestione ingannevole della relazione con il cliente. Fingere di voler risolvere solo per “pulirsi l’immagine” senza poi agire concretamente.
Un servizio clienti che si comporta così non merita fiducia.
Non si tratta solo di una cattiva esperienza personale, ma di una modalità operativa che abbassa seriamente la credibilità dell’azienda.

Nessuna assistenza e totale disinteresse per il cliente: FALSO, FALSO E FALSO quanto dichichiarato da modanisa, ossi, che: "L'assistente di Modanisa è a tua disposizione 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7 per risponde"
Ho effettuato un ordine su Modanisa e, sebbene il pacco sia arrivato nei tempi previsti, il resto dell’esperienza è stato deludente sotto ogni aspetto.
Il processo di acquisto è stato completamente ignorato dal servizio clienti: nessuna conferma utile, nessuna risposta ai messaggi inviati, nessun supporto prima, durante o dopo la spedizione. È come se, una volta ricevuto il pagamento, l’azienda sparisse.
Anche solo avere un'informazione o un chiarimento è stato impossibile. NESSUN canale di contatto ha fornito una risposta.
Un servizio clienti che semplicemente NON esiste.
Trovo molto GRAVE questo disinteresse nei confronti del cliente. Per quanto mi riguarda, NON farò ulteriori acquisti e NON consiglierò Modanisa a NESSUNO.

I ordered couple of items for my trip on 2025-07-07 and the estimated delivery date shown was 10th-17th july. Unfortunately today after 10 days there is no progress. Order is still under procurement. I tried calling, emailing , texting on whatsapp but no response. Feels so frustrated and clueless what to do? I have to travel on 17th evening and after that this would be of no use.

I returned my order (#104788395) on June 4th and still have not received my refund. I’ve contacted Modanisa customer service multiple times and provided all required details. They kept sending automated replies and then marked my case as “resolved” without actually doing anything.

I paid by cash on delivery, so I can’t file a bank dispute. I’m very disappointed with how this has been handled. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I hope someone from the Modanisa team will finally take action.

Absolut schlechte Erfahrung gemacht, Rücksendung kostet 19,99 Euro. Jetzt habe ich hier Sachen liegen die mir nicht passen.

Worst online shopping experience ever!!!!
Ordered 2 evening dresses which qualified for free delivery as they are over 200 pounds as I was checking out there was no mention of any international shipping fees at all !!!
turned out there’s 80 pounds charge for international shipping for the freight company UPS and when I track the package it kept saying delivery attempted over six times but failed to collect payment however no one even showed up at !!!
And the worst is that on Modanisa application it says item is delivered!!
Customer service is terrible no response except after ages and all they said was we’ve made the necessary warning for the freight company, what kind of response is that !!!!
I paid for an order which I have not received almost a month ago now !!!
I asked UPS To return the package to them I hope they refund me for my order which I never received!!!

This is a horrible company based in Turkey. So, for customers outside of that country, please beware!! I made an order with Modanisa in late May. The order was never shipped. I contacted them and advised them of the issue. I also requested a full refund. I was granted a refund minus the 32 U.S dollars it cost to ship the order that I never received! I tried emailing them several times to resolve the issue. However, I was completely ignored. I ultimately had to pay long-distance charges to contact Modanisa via phone. I spoke with a customer service agent who was very rude and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. So here I am, 2 months later, with no resolve. They scammed me out of $32.00, and there's nothing I can do!! DO NOT do business with this company!!!

This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I placed an order weeks ago, and until now, there is no shipping, no update, and no response from customer service despite multiple emails and phone calls. This level of ignorance and disrespect to customers is unacceptable. If you are not capable of handling international orders, then you should stop selling outside your country. I regret ever ordering from Modanisa.

I demand either immediate shipment or a full refund. I will take further action with my bank if nothing changes.

İch habe mich schon genau 1 mal pro woche per telefon Mail gemeldet, das macht insgesamt 8 mal, zweimal über klarna. İn der Summe 10 mal seit und immer das abservierte verhalten. Sie haben meine Kontaktdaten, ich habe ihnen eine Frist gesetzt per Mail. Sie sollten sich melden, ich bin meiner Pflicht nachgekommen.

La qualité est mauvaise et le blanc est SALE, j'ai acheté 2 abaya chères, ne vaut pas du tout le prix et le noir du tissu a déteint sur le côté blanc HORRIBLE ! JE DÉCONSEILLE CE SITE ! J'ai retourné l´article et ils m´ont remboursé une infime partie de la somme! Plus JAMAIS

Commande reçu au bout d’un mois avec des frais de livraison élevés qui ne vous sont pas remboursé lors d’un retour !
vêtement peu fidèle aux photos et de mauvaise qualités! J’ai tout retourné et on ne m’a remboursé que 3 vêtements sur les 4 commandés + frais de retour !
Au final on m’a remboursé 93€ sur une commande à 170€ ! Bien sûr on ne m’a pas remboursé la robe qui était la plus chère. Impossible de les joindre…
Moi qui commande souvent sur internet Je n’ai jamais vu ça!

Absolutely terrible company. I have been chasing a refund for weeks for faulty items and they literally won't refund me even though they sent me an email saying they would. Absolutely awful, do not buy from this company, they have no morals or integrity

They still haven't given me my refund. Be very careful of ordering from here you will not get your money back

Toute mes commandes ont été expédiés rapidement, la qualité des produits sont au rendez-vous ainsi que le choix des voiles et vêtements modeste.

Rubbish service not as good as it used to be.
Tried to contact whatsapp, email, facebook to make a return with no response from the team whatsoever.
Stuck with my purchase which I really want to return as too big for me.

I have a problem with a parcel which is in the warehouse for more than 2 weeks. I contacted modanisa they told me to contact ups but they told me that they need documents from the sender so from modanisa. But I'm not getting any responses.
