Je suis sous le choc ! J'ai passé commande le 14 août 2025. Environ une semaine plus tard, ils m'ont annoncé que le colis ne pouvait pas être livré car mon adresse était incomplète. J'ai alors appelé le service client et leur ai donné mon adresse exacte. (J'ai déjà commandé chez eux plusieurs fois et je n'ai jamais eu de problème à cause de mon adresse.) Ils m'ont ensuite annoncé la perte de mon colis, puis l'adresse était incomplète, et maintenant, dernier point, plus important, aucune information concernant mon colis. J'ai envoyé plusieurs e-mails et reçu des réponses disant qu'ils s'occuperaient de mon problème, mais lorsque j'ai réclamé mon remboursement il y a quelques jours, je n'ai reçu ni réponse ni explication. Dès que ce sera réglé, je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux. J'ai l'impression de m'être fait arnaquer et ridiculiser !

Poor customer service
Placed a large order. One of the items was faulty. Contacted them multiple times to organise a return for the item because I didn’t want to pay for return since it’s a faulty item. Emailed them multiple times, and contacted on WhatsApp too. No reply for a long time. Ended up returning the item myself because I hadn’t heard from them and I didn’t want them to reject the refund. When they finally contacted me they said they wouldn’t refund me the £15 delivery. Kept rejecting and ignoring my emails.

Finger weg!!
Finger weg!!! Die erhaltene Ware war völlig mangelhaft. Meine Reklamation wurde unbegründet abgelehnt. Modanisa verkauft schlechte Ware für überteuerte Preise und ist im Nachgang nicht bereit die Rücksendekosten zu übernehmen. Die gelieferte Ware war mangelhaft, daher besteht ein klarer Anspruch auf Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises sowie Übernahme der Rücksendekosten (§§ 434 ff. BGB, EU-Verbraucherrechte-Richtlinie). Ich werde dort nie wieder einkaufen und kann Modanisa überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Finger weg!!!

Commande fantôme et silence total du service client.
Très mauvaise expérience avec Modanisa. J’ai payé 83,95 € pour une commande passée le 15 août 2025, notée comme livrée alors que je n’ai jamais rien reçu. Malgré mes relances et toutes les informations fournies, le service client ne répond pas. C’est inadmissible et irrespectueux envers les clients. Je déconseille fortement Modanisa, car on paye mais on ne reçoit pas sa commande ni d’assistance. Si je pouvais mettre 0 je l'aurai fait.

Issue with returned items
I returned 3 items through DHL, and I selected these items in their app under the return request.
The DHL tracking number confirms that the package was successfully delivered to thier facility.
However, when I checked the return status, I noticed that they updated the return with items I never sent back, which are incorrect.
Because of this error, I have not received the correct refund amount corresponding to the 3 items I actually returned.
I already attempted to resolve this issue through customer service, but I have not received any response. This is highly concerning and unacceptable.
I buy alot from online shops in Netherlands but non of them made such a mistake.

Late delivery but paid for expedited delivery
My order number: 105119162. I have paid for expedited delivery to get my item before September 7, 2025. But now i get the mail that my delivery is scheduled for September 8,2025 which is the regular delivery time. I tried calling them
Several times, emailed, whatsapp messages but no response. Its a muslim business but this are fraudulent to take extra money for fastest delivery then do the regular delivery and make people in trouble.

Didnt receive anything
On the site it said that the package was delivered but we never received it. We asked our neighbors but they also dont have it. I tried to contact them but i didnt get a response.

If I could give it a zero-star rating, I would. I had a bad experience buying three items in one size that was supposed to be perfect based on my measurements and the descriptions, but it was actually smaller. Even from the photo of the model, I'm sure she's wearing a size larger than described, as it runs small. Furthermore, returning the items is not an option because it would cost me as much as I bought it. Very unsatisfactory. I'm also dissatisfied because there's no contact with customer service. I strongly advise against it; there are much better and safer sites. First time and last time trying.

En attente de remboursement depuis deux mois
Si je pouvais ne mettre aucun point je l’aurai fait. Je trouve que le site se dégrade de plus en plus.. Un service client pas à la hauteur du nombre de pays dans lesquels ils sont présent. Je ne sais que dire. J’ai commandé le 1 juin le colis n’est pas arrivé à temps il a même très tardé (soit disant produit manquant, mais on envoie le colis sans le produit on ne le fait pas attendre)donc j’en avais plus la nécessité. J’ai demandé à UPS de le renvoyer(donc je n’ai même pas reçu le colis en soit). Comme j’en avais plus besoin. Soit disant le colis a été perdu. Il y a eu une enquête. Il s’avère que le colis était bel et bien arrivé chez Modanisa qui eux n’avait pas fait leur boulot (tout simplement pour retarder le remboursement) j’attends depuis plus de deux mois un remboursement. Ils me font croire que ils s’occupent de la situation (qu’ils en ont évidemment rien à faire). Il y a aucun avancement. Je n’achèterai plus chez vous.

„89 € fehlen + 20 € Retourekosten – trotz Nachweis keine Reaktion“
Ich habe bei Modanisa bestellt und musste die Rücksendung selbst bezahlen (20 €). Anstatt der vollen Erstattung wurden mir jedoch 89 € weniger zurückgezahlt. Obwohl ich den Nachweis erbringen kann, ignoriert der Kundenservice seit Wochen meine Anfragen. Für ein internationales Unternehmen ist dieses Vorgehen äußerst unprofessionell und enttäuschend.

3 days trying to contact them emails, what's up, face book , Instagram, calls , no professional at all my order #105011693 is in procurement, I did buy it because the delivery was up to the 31st but nothing is changing and I'm stressing because I needed them for my holidays but what annoying me more is that they don't care about customers you keep contacting them and they simply ignore you !!!!!

Worst Online Shopping Experience – Stay Away!
I had a very frustrating experience with Modanisa. I ordered items clearly described as 100% cotton, but what I received was cheap polyester instead.
I contacted their customer service with full details and photos, expecting them to resolve the issue. I reached out via email and WhatsApp, but have received no reply at all.
Despite their policy stating that returns for incorrect items are free, I was told I had to pay $19.99 to return the items — even though the mistake was clearly theirs.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated case — poor customer service, no accountability, and unfair return policies seem to be the norm.
I do not recommend shopping with Modanisa. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own — and they won’t care.

Entreprise très douteuse
Entreprise très douteuse. Tant que les vêtements vous font aucun problème mais si vous devez échanger ou vous faire rembourser bonne chance. Depuis 4 mois que j’essaye de me faire rembourser sans succès. J’ai renvoyé les articles et j’ai payé pour les frais de retour presque le montant de la marchandise et toujours rien. Ils sont malhonnêtes.
