Used to be good in the past but now terrible communications and lack of supplies causing delayed deliveries. I don’t trust this website anymore.

Ich möchte gerne mit -1000000 bewerten aber leider geht nicht Die größte abzocken den es gibt leider werde ich nicht nochmal was bestellen werde ich auch keinem empfehlen und abraten warten wir mal ab wie bald pleite geht

I ordered 6 burkinis, where only 2 of them came “ complete “ ( blouse, pants, hijab), the other 4 ONLY blouse. The description doesn’t say that it’s only blouse, the pictures on all the models shows with pants and hijab.
Then there is no return policy due to hygiene “, but we are talking about swim blouses which are with label.
And the prices are high (53€) considering it’s only a blouse and not full set.

Certes le site propose beaucoup de choix, mais ils ne font preuve d'aucune transparence concernant les procédures de retour. J'ai acheté un maillot de bain couvrant, je n'ai essayé que le haut, trop petit. je demande le remboursement, et à ma grande surprise, il est impossible de demander un remboursement sur ce produit, ni un échange. la moindre des choses aurait été de l'annoncer au moment de la commande. ce n'était écrit nulle part, et je n'aurai pas pris le risque d'essayer si j'avais eu cette info. d'autre part, j'ai aussi voulu retourner la robe car trop courte : frais de renvois de 15euros pour une robe qui en coûte trente. Je suis fortement déçue, et ne recommanderai jamais sur ce site ( j'avais commandé quelques années au paravant sans soucis.)

Dem skickade klänning från Kina som är nye var samma klänning jag beställde utan en helt annan. När jag sedan mailade företaget om det och att jag ville reklamera fick jag inget svar och det går inte ringa företaget. Se ingen som svarar. Företaget uppger på hemsidan stt de har butik på torsgatan i Stockholm men tveksamt om det ens finns en fysisk butik. Företaget heter också ” Modeveckan” online.

Very bad service they are rude and helpless. All their money are from steeling people who buy their terrible items and returning them for no refund. Sham on you. I’ll make a dispute for the $500 bad dresses I returned and never got my money back.

Nie wieder werde ich bei modanisa bestellen.
Hatte eine Retoure angemeldet habe einen Retoure Aufkleber bekommen für das ich 19,99€ Versandt bezahlen sollte. Habe das Paket mit meiner Nichte in die Türkei geschickt und sie hat es mit der normalen Post an modanisa zurückgeschickt. Das Paket kam. Wieder zurück und sie musste noch den Versandt übernehmen. Habe praktisch 2 mal Versand bezahlt. Was spielt es für eine Rolle ob man es mit ups oder Post versendet. So unverschämt dass man das Paket annimmt und dann wieder zurückschickt und mir wieder die
Versandkosten bezahlen lassen. 😡😡😡😡

Quite expensive collection so they should provide better service to the customers.I tried to return few items as they were not my size but would have to pay for the delivery which should not happen.most of the websites/brands offers free returns.Quality of some tracksuits was really cheap.

This is a renewed warning to anyone considering buying from the fraudulent company Modanisa. Modanisa claims to have refunded my money and resolved the issue, but this is a lie. I forced them to return my funds after reporting the fraud to my bank. Modanisa stole my money for months. I compelled them to return it after wasting hours of my time and causing me stress and anxiety due to their poor customer service. Modanisa must compensate me for my time and waiting.

Here I am posting the emails UPS sent me in response to my missing package. I am also posting Modanisa's refusal to reply to the emails. I have been waiting for my money back for three months. I implore everyone in America and the world not to buy from Modanisa. I have wasted my time and health contacting them. No amount of compensation will ever compensate me for the harm done to me and the hours of my life wasted.

Please help. Modanisa is refusing to send me my money. They also refuse to send me the information UPS wants. Modanisa keeps sending me recurring emails every week. It's been months. I'm wasting my time and effort to no avail. I hope UPS will take legal action to protect my rights. Thank you

I left a review on the 17th of October to which they replied claiming to want to find a solution for me. Guess what the “solution” was? The same damn thing they’ve been telling me for the last few months! The same autobot reply that gives no solution! Modanisa should be investigated.

I bought 3 dresses of the same style (order number 10519362) as wasn't sure about sizing. All 3 dresses were too small and returned them immediately, unworn, with tags, in original packaging and via recommended carrier UPS.

Using UPS online tracking I know that my return order reached Istanbul on 14/10/25 and the last tracking was on 21/10/25. But now the parcel is with a non UPS broker and I can't track it.

I paid £30 return fee for peace of mind and a prompt return and refund.

Every time I email Modanisa Customer support I get a pathetic reply about forwarding my email to the relevant department!!!!!

I'm still waiting for my refund and I'm pretty sure they've recieved my return parcel but DON'T WANT TO ISSUE ME MY FULL REFUND OF £179.97.

They increase the delivery price for the more items you buy. They cancelled items from my order and still charged me full delivery. Very very poor. The quality is not great, shipping to uk is expensive and its hit or miss you get the items you want.

29,99 EUR für die Retoure eines Abendkleides zu verlangen ist wirklich eine Unverschämtheit, zumal auf der Webseite steht, dass der Betrag für Express-Versand fällig wäre. Die angegebene Adresse der Retoure war in Nettetal, wofür also 29,99 EUR? Da hätte ich lieber den Betrag an einem Paketshop bezahlt, aber diese Möglichkeit wurde mir nicht geboten. Man konnte also gar nicht zwischen einem normalen und Express-Versand auswählen.
Dass man auch keinen Umtausch durchführen kann, finde ich wirklich schade. Ich wollte dasselbe Kleid, nur in einer anderen Größe. Als ich es dann in der anderen Größe bestellt habe, werden mir 9 EUR Versand mit berechnet, obwohl zu dem Zeitpunkt gratis Versand angeboten wurde. Wenn der Versand der Bestellung 9 EUR kostet, warum muss ich dann für eine Retoure 29,99 EUR zahlen? Das ist mir unerklärlich..
Fazit: Ich habe 38,99 EUR für lau ausgegeben. Nie wieder Modanisa, das steht fest.

Vorsicht Abzocke bei Rücksendung von 29,90€ obwohl mit kostenlose Retoure geworben wird. Ich werde nie wieder dort etwas bestellen.

Ich habe mit Bedauern festgestellt, dass Modanisa derzeit pro Rücksendung eine Gebühr in Höhe von 20 EUR erhebt. Diese Höhe erscheint mir unangemessen und intransparent, insbesondere da keine nachvollziehbare Aufschlüsselung der Kosten erfolgt.

Als reiner Online-Shop bietet Modanisa keine Möglichkeit, Produkte vorab anzuprobieren oder sich ein genaues Bild von Material und Passform zu machen. Rücksendungen gehören daher zum normalen Einkaufserlebnis und sollten für Kundinnen und Kunden keine derart hohe finanzielle Belastung darstellen.

Unter diesen Umständen sehe ich mich leider gezwungen, von weiteren Bestellungen abzusehen.

If I could give them 0 rate - I wound!

All clothes came in a wrong size. For the return they sent me a wrong delivery address! I waisted almost 2 months of waiting and spent 80$+ for international delivery which was eventually returned to me! I contacted them by email, though what’s app, through website - nobody ever replied or provided any assistance! I hate this website and how they treat the customers! I lost over 300$ for their incompetency and wound never recommend it to anyone! 0 stars!!

Absolutely was not expecting to pay over £30 in customs fee. No where was that made clear before making the purchase. I am absolutely appalled at Modanisa. You should be ashamed of yourself!
