Worst experience I’ve ever dealt with, huge delay on order with very little to no convenience at all. Little to no customer service. I will never in life order from here again I really wish I read the reviews before I ordered

Made a pre-order on May 4 for a jersey, said it would ship on or before June 26, which is already a long time. It is now July 7 and the jersey still has not shipped. Tried chatting with an actual representative instead of the chat bot and the representative ended the chat before providing me with any information. Ridiculous.

Worst costumer service and they took a preorder from me, made me wait 3 months and then told me it was canceled. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your money.

This company is the most incompetent company. If anything goes wrong on their end, you're out your money. Pathetic

The item I bought was in eligible for return. I understand this. I wanted to exchange it get a different size. I bought it online unable to try it on unfortunately I got the wrong size and wanted to return it to for the right size and they don’t allow that for an item they say is their most popular. I find it in bad faith that they would not even exchange it. This is probably why you cannot find anywhere to communicate with a live person is because they know they’re ripping you off. It’s hard to believe that major league baseball would be associated with such thievery. And another thing when I typed in my order number, it said it had arrived yet, and I had it in my hand, extremely poor business ethics.

My order for my Father’s Day present was delievered to the wrong house .. ups refused to help and made me go through mlbshop directly. The AI bots refused to even look at it for a few days which would not allow reshipping to happen before Father’s Day I even tried to speak to a manager which was also AI and refused to do anything. Redirected me to ups who already refused to help me. Will never buy from them again .. and I guess pay for something I never got even though the picture is clearly not my home. Happy Father’s Day to us.

Ordered a week ago. Getting any sort of customer service is impossible. You can only "speak" with some ai chat nonsense. Asked about cancelling since my order is still being processed a week later, and apparently I'm part the cancellation window. If it isn't even finished being processed, how is it past the window?
I will never order from here again.

Purchased an Adley Rutschman t'shirt for $50 with shipping of 10.99 and tax, total purchase 63.99. Quality of the shirt is not good. I might be happy with this for $20 but not $50. Return will cost 9.99 so I'm out $21. I won't buy from them again. This is the second time I bought something that wasn't worth what I paid. There won't be a third.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This is a poor excuse for a company. You most likely get an email after you pay saying your item is no longer available. This has to be a scam site to get card info. -100 stars is still too good for this site.

I ordered a $69.99 sweatshirt. Description stated silk screen design...what I got was a cheap iron on decal. Did not get what was promised but was still charged $10 to return it even though refunds are to be shipped back for free if it is their fault. I would never have ordered it if I knew it would be a cheaper version. Won't order again.

Worst company ever. Do not order from them. They sent me the wrong jersey twice and refuse to refund me the full amount. They are a bunch of crooks. Stay away!!!!!

Absolute dogshit service. Cannot get ahold of anyone when your order gets placed and then immediately canceled with no answer. Call and the line is just a busy signal. Billion dollar company and they cant do anything right.

Too bad you can not give this site a 0 star rating. The worst site to deal with. No live customer service, just AI chat nonsense. Have had an order in for 11 days and the status just says processing. Customized item paid in fulllonline on April 14th and was supposed to be delivered by April 24th. No update given or any emails detailing a delay. Unacceptable customer service.

Horrible company. First my order said delivered but it wasn’t. Contacted company they said couldn’t help me. I had to contact the delivery company. It went to the wrong address. Then we got the order. The lady’s hat was HUGE. Asked for a return. Was assured a full credit. Nope. I was refunded $18. Asked them why. Was told it looks like the total for the refund was: $27.99 USD, however, $9.99 USD was taken out for the return label fee resulting in the refund final total to be $18.00 USD.
The shipping cost of $8.99 USD was also not refunded which is why it wasn't $36.98. I got HALF of what I paid. Buyer Beware!

They falsely advertise apparel all the time especially with codes that are supposed to give you a discount but they don't its a come on marketing scheme on their already over priced apparel...THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THE FANS...They only price gouge them!!!

Bought a hoodie from this shop, that’s claims to be “proudly Canadian.” Hoodie cost $115 on sale. Didn’t fit. To return, there’s no free shipping and the options are far easier if you’re in USA. Strange if your company is “proudly Canadian.” You have to print off an elaborate form, then pay to ship back yourself. They never did refund so I contacted them and had to provide evidence that I shipped it and it arrived.

I ordered a hoodie on January 16. It supposedly shipped on January 18, expected to arrive on January 27th, I then ordered a T-shirt the next day, the 17th, possibly the 18th. The T-Shirt arrived on 24th. Today is the 29th and my hoodie still hasn't arrived. Tracking information hasn't shown movement since it shipped. The Chat Bots told me to wait until the 31st to process a refund. I don't want a refund I want my hoodie. I didn't think getting my order would be a problem. I have shopped with them since 2015 and never had an issue.

ZERO stars!! This place is a joke and not a funny one. I ordered a Witt Jr jersey for my grandsons Christmas present on Dec 12th, they have not shipped it, and now they’re telling me (after I contacted them) that it is severely delayed, that it is out of stock. It was NOT out of stock when I ordered it.

Do NOT waste your time or money on this so called site!

Same problem as everyone else. Horrible delivery time, lies about delivery dates, etc. wish I looked it up before I purchased. Don’t do it

Order today and get it before Christmas. Total BS!
They advertise if you order today 12/9/25, you will get it my Christmas. However, once your order is placed, the ship date is changed to be starting on Christmas eve December 22nd through December 30th! They knew it would not be delivered until sometime in January 2026 My card was charged on December the 9th. They denied my request to cancel the order, and the reply was that I have to wait till you get the item, then return it. False advertising all the way.
