Your installation guide was clear and easy to follow

I didn’t receive the email with the instructions and key but when I emailed them they responded very quickly and resolved my problem

Absolutely horrible!!! The key wouldn’t work. Even took it to Best Buy and they said it was a bogus key. Scam company!! You stole my money!!

The product key doesn't work. I tried emailing and it all comes back undeliverable. Please refund my money. Thank uou

Not happy because I got the mesaage when activating it that the code had been activated (maximum activations reached).

Update: After reading this review (not the email I sent via contact form), support staff reached out to me and sent me a guide to do phone activation, which worked. Would have appreciated an immediate post-sale email with such guide and download link for the software (and maybe prompt response to my contact form email) instead of going through the trouble of writting this review to get your attention. Can only leave a 4-star review at best.

Activation key delivered promptly as promised. Once activation submitted, no problem with down loading and install.

My first purchase from this company and every part of the purchase process was handled well and completely.

Today I installed MS2021 from mkskeys, then entered the key they sent on my mail. After registering my product key by calling microsoft (mkskeys provide every detail how to call them) I am able to run everything in barely 4 minutes.

There was initially a problem. As soon as I contacted customer support, the problem was resolved

Delivery was instant for the keys, but they forgot to link one of the software downloads in the email. Thankfully, I was smart enough to know how to download the image directly from Microsoft but they need to tighten up their delivery system a bit.

I was skeptical because of the bad reviews and I have been burned by sites like this before but I got the 3 keys I ordered w/ no issues.

Windows 10 Enterprise key worked seamlessly. Took 1 minute to activate

I purchased a product key that turned out to be the wrong product, they got back to me very quickly about why it wasnt working properly and instead of having to purchase a new one I was given a replacement that worked great.

I initially bought a code from them but it didn't work because it was already used so I emailed them and within a couple of hours they sent an apology and sent a new code right away worked great and best price around too. Great customer service.

I was very skeptical about how I could get Office for such a great price (my bf assured me it was a scam) but after some very lovely customer service, I was able to figure out how to install the program and so far it runs great!
