I could not take screenshots. My computer would not do a screenshot. So I took pictures of the screen with my phone. I sent many pictures of various screens but did not get an answer.

I ordered a key for Microsoft Windows…
I ordered a key for Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC edition. The key sent did not unlock the downloaded copy of Windows. After I contacted MKSKEYS regarding the problem, they sent a second key … that also failed to unlock the installation. When I reported the second failure, the company never even responded to my email.

Never actually received the key
Never actually received the key. I received what looked like an email address and password instead of the actual key for Microsoft 365. I could not reach company to remedy this even after I replied to their customer service department email. If you tried to chat with them, their pop up asked that you download a WhatsApp to chat. I'm not on board with downloading anything to resolve my issues. So, I lost my money on this one. The websites says they were based out of London.
