Scam website, will take your money and stop responding
I read a few negative reviews before purchasing but I decided to give it a try anyway as I liked the look of the pictures. When I received no response after a few days, I messaged to ask on when the product would ship. I was told that the item I selected was no longer available and I should pick something else. I obviously didn't want anything else so I asked for a refund.
That was the beginning of my issues. I was told that "the order has reached the warehouse so it can't be refunded". You may be wondering like me, 'what warehouse?' or 'is it the same order that is not available?'. For over 3 weeks, I kept asking about my order and got various rude and curt replies. Eventually they just stopped responding to me while hanging on to my money.
I eventually had to go to my card provider to challenge the transaction.
I strongly recommend that you don't purchase anything from them. All the items they sell are on AliExpress anyway.
This may be a scam modus operandi as they know that a lot of people will not challenge the payments and just leave it for them.

Don’t Waste Your Time
Ordered 31st december and I am still waiting. I sent 4 emails between the 7th and 14th asking for an update and received a response on the 15th yet there’s still no movement on my order at all. Waste of time.
Also, they always have time to spam 2 for 3 emails but not actually deliver the items????

Don’t even consider buying!
And as you all can see from my previous review. Their response is always the same. Just some simple copy and paste. It’s so clear that they don’t care at all. They just want your money and don’t seem interested in delivering the product.
As I said before. DON’T buy from them. Don’t be fooled by them. It seems too good to be true for a reason.

3 months since placing my order and nothing. They claim they need to investigate, can’t offer a refund if they don’t have the product back, the order is stuck in customs and they won’t release it.
It is everything but their fault and responsibility. I have been battling to get any answer and any refund to no avail. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE USELESS SCAM OF A COMPANY. Maybe if they see this review they might finally take action who knows.. I’m not placing bets on that though lol

Fraudsters!
I think 1 star is actually too much of a rating for this “company”
I ordered 3 pieces of jewellery on the 12th of December for my son for Christmas, it is now the 4th of January and still no jewellery!
I’ve emailed constantly and also asked for a refund and the “customer service” or shall I say lack of have been so frustrating. As soon as I mentioned a refund they do not email back. All I get is generic messages saying they haven’t processed the order. Considering it’s “365 customer service” and “fast delivery” I think is a massive misrepresentation! Still have no refund or jewellery at this point they’re committing an illegal offence! Do not trust these scam artists. I have multiple emails of proof!!!

This is the worst company in the world.
This is the absolute worst company in the world. I made an order for six months ago and still haven’t received my products. Customer service really sucks, they don’t even bother. They usually say that it’s stuck in customs and that I will receive the package within ten days. Sometimes they even say that it has been som trouble in the warehouse and that one product is out of stock.
All I want is a refund, but they refuse to issue. They say it’s against their policy (oh, so convenient that the scammers have the worst possible policy for refunds).

PLEASE DON’T BUY. If you’re considering getting a chain from here, avoid it completely. I ordered multiple chains from here and the quality is insanely poor it’s hilarious. There is clearly a reason that the prices seem too good to be true. They’re nothing like the pictures or the description. Don’t even take the chance either because they still haven’t let me return my items for a refund when I ordered them back in October. Genuinely a scam.

Can't make exchanges
The product itself is fine but customer service is awful. I have been trying to make a size exchange since April...it's now December. On their website it says to email and ask for the returns address. They don't give it to you. Excuse after excuse. 7 months trying to make a simple exchange is ridiculous. I would not recommend.

Contacted this company multiple times since the 7th of September for an exchange on a gold chain that is now silver. It is now 4th of December and they are still giving me the same “ our warehouse is not yet set up for returns” excuse. Your shipping and communication has been rubbish which I allowed for because on first impression the jewellery was nice but this refusal of returns is inexcusable.

Publicidad engañosa
Entre en una oferta en donde te ofrecian 3 productos por 25 euros, finalmemte me pedían 36 por las 3 joyas, con envios y todo, por lo que decidí comprar igualmente, si el producto era bueno seguía siendo un precio bien. Ahora me llega a correos, y me cobran casi 6 euros de aduanas, a fin de cuentas el doble de lo que en principio te venden. Ha ido mi hermana a por el pedido, aun no lo he visto, mas vale que el producto sea decente, pero publicidad muy engañoso anden con ojo...

El producto no esta mal, pero si que es verdad lo del gasto de aduanas que nadie te avisa y la publicidad no es del todo cierta

Ordered from theM several months ago, still havent recieved anything. Costumer support refusing to refund it. Claiming they sent the package but theres no way to track it. The link they sent to track the package doesn't work. I felt i was going to get scammed but gave it a try and here i am.

Beats my expectations
I didn't know the quality will be this good. I had thought since it's affordable the quality of the jewelry will be bad. Though, it took longer to get to me due to a mistake on my part with my address but in the end it arrived and I've been enjoying the sets I bought.
