Excuse after excuse. Ordered well over a month ago for fast delivery.
Took ages to come back to me saying what I ordered was out of stock despite being on the website. They offered replacement pieces but still haven’t dispatched them.
They haven’t ever offered to repay the extra delivery costs. I’ve asked for a refund or dispatch but that was 2 days ago and no reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scammers
Absolute scammers, stay clear. Placed an order on the 14th of March with a 2-5 business day delivery time. After a few days the order hadn't even been processed, I then checked the reviews, something I should have done first, and saw that people were having problems and when they asked they were told that the company was having problems with the warehouse, awaiting stock etc. I then emailed them myself and received exactly the same response, I asked to cancel and received exactly the same response as the reviews said I would, we cannot cancel or refund as the order is now with the warehouse. They have since stopped replying to my emails and I have raised a dispute with my bank.
Scammers through and through.

Dont usually write bad reviews but this time I have to just warn others. Placed order 5 weeks ago refused refund as gone through warehouse system. Told delays in moving premises. Item missing from my order so will ship when order complete. Another excuse delay as custom inspection. Still refusing to refund my money 5 weeks later when order 2 weeks early for a birthday present as states delivery 5-7 days fast delivery guaranteed money back joke. Can't get refund for not receiving any of the 3 items. Have the cheek to say again refund can't be issued once gone through warehouse system. Then have the cheek to give me a voucher for 20% off your next purchase. 5 stars for the comedy act. Next order are they seriously for real they can't even deliver on the 1st order and refuse refunds. I don't want the items no longer after 5 weeks and was for a present not for myself. How hard is refunding my money I paid for absolute jack shit. Save your money as obviously take and can't deliver. Legal way of advertising & scamming innocent people to make money. My advice avoid and pay that little bit extra and actually receive the items. Cheaper than throwing money away for nothing. Like I said don't like leaving bad reviews but bullshit after bullshit. To refuse people the money paid yet advertise guaranteed money back. Glad I work in advertising as I'm going ahead advertising what a joke they are on all social media platforms to warn others not to fall for this scam. People that think it's only £20 yet all them £20 scamming people will not be such a bad profit.

Scammers tells you item are from uk and takes two to 4 days for delivery all lies took me 4 weeks of chasing to get items delivered and they say they don’t change…. Yes they do they may last a big longer than other cheap jewellery but they do change. When you ask for a refund they point blank refuse and make up all sorts of excuses.my advise is to avoid them at all cost. You get what you paid for if you are lucky enough to get it.😡

Scam
Scam. They lie about delivery dates for cheap jewelry from China and since the costs are not triple-digit, people don't chase them for deliveries. I'm not sure the items get shipped AT ALL eventually but I'm sure they know what they are doing and how it is their business strategy to blatantly lie about their estimates. They also refuse making any refunds, but no worries, your bank will happily dispute your payment with the scheme provider :)
Update: The products are not real, nothing is still actually sent and I don't think will be sent at all. Also they offer discounts (on something that doesn't exist) in return for removing/rating higher your TrustPilot review. Which should be against TrustPilot ToS but here we are.

I posted a review a week before about how BIG SCAMMERS they are, then some dude name Michael replied that kindly email me and we will try to solve your issue. But that dude is not trustworthy either, He sends the same text to everyone..
We should not give up on our money like this, lets file a complaint against them.

I had to go on my bank app and dispute my transaction which luckily helped me get my money back.

I ordered end of January and up until…
I ordered end of January and up until now I haven’t even gotten delivery information. I am in constant contact with them and every week they tell me my their stock hasn’t been delivered to them yet. It’s been 6 weeks now and I have nothing.
I don’t get why stores sell stuff they don’t have in stock I really don’t get it. Don’t buy from them not worth the wait and stress.

Pretty good
The quality is good and the support team is pretty active and clear, only thing which I don't know if it is a temporary issue is that the delivery time was extended to about a bit less than a month instead of a few days as said by the site because of werehouse issues. Otherwise all great.

Blimey, I did not know customer service could be this bad!! I ordered the wrong chain size and tried to simple return and exchange for the smaller size. I was happy to cover the cost of postage. It took Mision TWO months to finally send me an address to send it to after telling me for weeks they were moving warehouse. Anyway got over that and send via Royal Mail (not tracked as it was the same price as the chain itself and Mision would not cover). Mision have said because it was not tracked they will not provide an exchange. So not only have I double lost money, I also have nothing to show for it. The customer service from start to finish was so unhelpful and blunt I couldn't quite believe it! Wanted to support an independent brand and couldn't have regretted it any more.

So an update from my last review i emailed micheal as he requested and to be fair he got straight back however 7 days later we still have no items delivered or even a tracking number i keep getting told they have been processed, however no commitment towards delivery or that tracking number.
