Don't order anything there
Don't order anything there. More than 3 weeks and I didn't receive anything. They say it's the fault of the warehouse and they will send a tracking number shortly, but they never send it. I also bought shipping protection on their website. Gladly I used paypal and filed for a refund there.

At 2 months no shipping, they ignored my request for a refund. At 4 weeks and 6 weeks, I got the same excuses about stock and warehousing that others have reported. Why so much effort just to scam?

This was my worst shopping experience
This was my worst shopping experience ever,
I had ordered 3 items and the shipping frame was 2-5 days however only one item was delivered so far and I’ve purchased on the 3rd of April and yet have got no clue as to where the rest of the items even are. When i received one of the three items i was very disappointed on the quality as everywhere i searched it said the quality was amazing and it was guaranteed a life time however the quality was horrendous and so i requested a return but still was told to wait 2 weeks as theres some warehouse problems, when i contacted them again still they were making excuses. At this point ive basically just dumped my money and received nothing in return but disappointment.

i have honestly no idea how this company is still running, looking at the reviews i wish i had read them before ordering, i ordered last week, haven’t heard anything about my parcel being dispatched, delivery was supposed to be 2-4 days, i’ve sent 3 e-mails to support, lnly 1 was answered and it was asking how i get tracking info and they told me they’re seeing a problem with my parcel in the warehouse, although i didn’t tell them the order number 🤔, sounds similar to everyone else on here, i then sent another 2 emails asking when it will be shipped and i’ve heard nothing, this is a scam, mision is a company full of frauds and we should start taking more action

3 months of waiting and still nothing
I made an order in February and still waiting for them to send it. After so many messages i've sended they still got excuses that they don't have the stuff on stock or that they are about to send it but i still got nothing. After I wanted refund, they told me that this is impossible to send my money back, because their system don't have this option. Don't buy from them, it's scam.

Placed an order with Mision on March 23…
Placed an order with Mision on March 23 and as of today have still not received anything. I keep hearing excuses that my order is not complete and that I will get an update soon. I would advise everyone not to place an order here. Customer service is also bad. I constantly contact them and all I hear are excuses that they are working on it. Save your time and effort so you avoid this misery that I have now.

Never sent my order. Customer services tells me they are resending it every time I contact them and they never do. It’s been 5 months and they’ve claimed to send it 5 times, I literally just want a refund.

Can’t return products..AVOID!!…
Will not provide me with return details so I can return products that weren’t suitable. Keep getting fobbed off by support team saying the warehouse isn’t ready for returns etc. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!! The products were small, very cheap looking and not at all what I expected.

Very very Bad service
Agree with everyone I’d stay away from these,nearly 2 months to arrive only to find in clear bags poorly packaged.where as Terricci shows up quick and in presentation boxes and pouches.
Save ya £.Oh and look out for Micheal.Does nothing to help resolve the issue regarding cheap weak items.

No delivery
Horrible, absolutely shite. Ordered 6 weeks ago and my order still hasn’t been dispatched. Emailed their support just for them to tell me they didn’t have my items in stock. THEN WHY WOULD YOU LET PEOPLE ORDER IT. They said they are waiting for more shipment but having someone order something you don’t have and to not let them know and just leave them waiting is horrendous. Who knows I mightn’t get it at all my money has been in their pocket since the start of march and refused to refund me

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I ordered around the 15th of February as a birthday present. The shipping says 2-3 days so I was like great (the birthday is start of March). It reached their birthday and it still hadn't come. I then contacted them. They told me it was out of stock, and they were restocking. Our conversation went on for weeks after weeks, of me asking when they would restock it, when it's out of customs, when I would receive it. They said they "moved warehouses" and that's why it was taking so long. Eventually I asked for a refund MORE THAN TWO MONTHS after ordering, because I believed it was never going to come. They then said this wasn't possible as it has "reached the warehouse system". I responded and questioned them asking why can't it be refunded if it hasn't left the warehouse yet. I never got a reply. I just want my money back, as I don't think this is ever going to arrive. Do not fall into their scam trap. I will be talking to my bank however. If I was you I would order from a much more trustworthy place as this business seems to have some customers having nearly identical experiences to mine

Bought a chain as a Christmas present for my son but it was too small. Asked in December for an exchange and have been palmed off for four months now despite repeated requests with the excuse that a new ‘returns portal’ in the warehouse is not yet ‘integrated’. Absolutely shocking service. Do not buy .

Ordered at the start of March and still have not received any items now on the 14th April. Sent an email was told there was stock issues at the warehouse. When I asked for a refund was told no, this was for 2 birthdays which have long passed.

Please don’t buy from MisonOfficial I made a purchase on 27th March and it’s currently 11th April and still haven’t received my order (I even paid for special delivery ) I emailed them to explain my order still hasn’t been dispatched as you usually would get a tracking number alongside to find out where your order is. They replied back a week late to the email and stated there has been a back log on orders and will dispatch my order, I’ve since sent them soo many emails (you can only contact them through email) and they still haven’t dispatched my tennis chains and haven’t responded back. I will have to put a dispute through the bank now!
Please save your money and order from Cernucci instead or other places!!
