It’s been like 2 months and I’ve given up on emailing them, don’t buy from this site it’s a complete scam

At the beggining of may I did a purchase because I got attracted by the price. It was supposed to arrive between 2-4 working days but it has been a month already and they haven't even provide a date of arrival. They always reply to me saying next week I am going to receive it but that's it. What is even weirder that of reinforce my believe that is a SCAM, is the fact that I got notifications from my apple wallet saying that my order was cancelled ??????????? and when I reached out to them they said they had system issues ???????? So basically they have warehouse issues, system issues, and what else? When you contact the support they never provide a name or something, what kind of business is this? The only name is "michael" the guy who reply to trustpilot reviews. My advice to anyone is not to buy from them and if anyone knows how I can scalate this so finally this SCAM business is finished, I would really appreciate it.

Edit: I asked for my money back after posted this message and his replied was "Half of your order is already on the warehouse, so you can't have your money back" like what??????

Total scam! Still will not allow me to return the rubbish items they sent. All cheap, fake, naff looking, nothing like the pictures. I have tried to return items for 3 months now and they continue to fob me off. I want to take this complaint further as I don’t want anyone else losing their hard earned money. Total criminals and dodgy site. Please avoid!!

Horrible company, complete scam,

Ordered 3 chains on march the 28th and it’s approaching almost 3 months with horrible communication from the manager and the support team.
Avoid at all costs, you are seriously better off investing in a better product that will actually arrive.
I sent around 40 emails to support and manager combined and they both just reply back with copy paste replies saying something about delay in shipping, warehouse issues, or lack of communication between the team.

I am seriously frustrated and I am now going to dispute this issue with my bank in hopes of getting my money back as this website has no policy for returns or refunds.
Promised so much and given absolutely nothing.
So so disappointed and angry

Diese Website ist der grösste Scam ich hab mindestens 8 mal dem Support geschrieben der hat zwar immer ziemlich zügig geantwortet jedoch habe ich nach über 1.5 Monaten immer noch nichts bekommen Finger weg davon das ist totaler Scam ausser es ändert sich was und ich bekommen bald meine Bestellung

I read all these negative reviews here on Trustpilot, but because of the price, style and quality, that seemed so perfect I still decided to order and just hope that it would arrive someday. I placed an order on the 19th of March for a custom set of cuban chain + silver compass and well, still no order has been shipped out. I've been in contact with the team and wrote them about 6 messages already (Instagram and Email) and they were blaming warehouse issues everytime, promising that in the next week the order would be shipped out. It wasn't sadly, even if the support was very kind to me.

I have not given up hope yet and I'm still willing to review the actual chains and change my review if they ever arrive. Praying for a fast delivery.

Catastrophical. Don't order! I think it's Scam. Ordered in March a bundle. Every week on different channels I was trying to get my order or another order status. Because the messages were always the same. Warehouse delay and other useless stuff.
Now it's close to June, still nothing. Ridiculous, don't fall for the scam!

Habe vor Monaten bestellt, mit dem Support geschrieben und nie eine Antwort bekommen. Angeblich wurde mein Paket verschickt aber ich habe nie etwas erhalten. Der Shop ist scam und es handelt sich um Betrug. Ich hatte bereits eine Bewertung abgegeben und eine Antwort bekommen, dass ich mich an eine angegebene email wenden solle. Habe das auch gemacht obwohl ich davor schon mehrmals vergeblich den Support angeschrieben habe. Meine Hoffnung verflog schnell und hab bis heute nie eine Antwort erhalten. Geld ist weg und kein Produkt bekommen.

I bought a bundle in mid march, emailed 1 month later to query where this was and was told it was delayed due to a 'warehouse move'. 2 weeks later I asked if this had progressed and whether they could offer an ETA, this time I got told I'm fact they were having an issue with stock. 1 month later I emailed again and this time was told they had the stock it was being sorted and they would update me shortly... That was 3 weeks ago now (almost 10 weeks total). This feels like a scam as I've never actually received any tracking information, I would avoid ordering from this company.

Do not order feom this company!!! Would give 0 stars!!! Absolutely joke ordered at the start of the month with 2 to 4 day delivery and still nothing no update just 2 emails blaming the warehouse issue and that's all

Order made in January. After several e-mails and being informed of stock issues it’s the same reply just put in a different way. I’m not expecting my order but I’m e mailing them every single day for an update. Personally I wouldn’t ever order again. And you should consider this review and many of the others before you do. I had one order arrive and the quality is great, that’s why I made a second order. Here we are still waiting.

Edit. After reviewing other reviews I have now got refund via PayPal as was told like many that they can’t refund as it’s now gone to warehouse. When I asked them to show me this in T&C they didn’t reply with the answer.

6 weeks later, no jewellery. Numerous excuses and promises to ship soon. Paypal claim and refunded

They are scamers! I have read other peoples reviews and they have been scaming people in the same way for years. They push the delivery back at least a month. And blame it on moving there wearehouse. But the thing is that they have been saying this to everyone for a long time. So they are clearly scamers. They dont answer my e-mails and never ship out my things.

Vorsicht vor diesem Shop – Bestellung seit über einem Monat nicht erhalten!

Ich habe vor über einem Monat vier Schmuckstücke in diesem Online-Shop bestellt und bis heute (über 4 Wochen später) nichts erhalten. Die Bestellung wurde direkt bezahlt und sollte laut Website innerhalb weniger Tage verschickt werden – doch bis heute kam kein Versand, keine Ware, nichts.

Ich habe mittlerweile mindestens fünf Mal den Kundenservice kontaktiert und jedes Mal wurde mir wortwörtlich die gleiche Standardantwort geschickt: “Ihre Bestellung wird diese Woche noch verschickt.” Diese Antwort bekam ich über mehrere Wochen hinweg – ohne dass jemals etwas passiert ist.

Es wirkt so, als würde man hingehalten oder vertröstet werden, um Zeit zu gewinnen. Transparenz oder echtes Interesse an der Lösung des Problems scheint es hier leider nicht zu geben.

Ich kann diesen Shop daher absolut nicht empfehlen. Sollte sich in den nächsten Tagen nichts ändern, werde ich weitere rechtliche Schritte einleiten und versuchen, mein Geld über den Zahlungsanbieter zurückzuholen.

Fazit: Sehr enttäuschend. Kein Versand, kein ehrlicher Kundenservice – Finger weg!

I'm writing to post an update on my Mision jewelry order. I posted a review here and one Michael said to contact him to resolve the issue. I emailed him and he said he'd get back to me. It's now been nearly 2 weeks. No response. The jewelry ordered since 1st match didn't arrive. No apology. No refunds. This is daylight robbery. How a company in the UK can brazenly steal from hundreds of people without being prosecuted is surprising to me. Do not buy from them.

Just after my last review I got the reply from someone called Michael at Mision telling me to contact him so we could sort a solution out.

It turns out just to be sand in my eyes, Ive told him about my situation so he could look into it, one week after not getting a response I sent an email to find out what was going on just to not get a reply. This is the second week without getting an answer, still no product or cash.

Its insane how a company hostages your cash or even steals as it seems and gets away with it. SINCE FEBRUARY THEY HAVE MY 55€ AND KEEP LIEYING AND MAKING UP EXCUSES NOT TO SEND EITHER THE PRODUCT (WICH I NO LONGER WANT) OR THE REFUND ITSELF.

Please make sure you dont buy anything off this company!

Otherwise you will end up in the same situation as me!

Would give 0 stars but don't allow it. Avoid this place been over 2 months since my order no delivery a Michael is bo help jeeps saying we are having issues and will be out next week this was a mo th ago... asked for refund to which he refused

Ordered over a month ago, still nothing. Customer service have stopped replying to me. I've asked for a refund after being told twice "we will prioritise the order" that was two weeks ago.
I'll never use them again and by the looks of the reviews alot of others wouldn't aswell.
It gets worse. I asked for a refund as it's been over a month since the original purchase, they've now said "we can't cancel the order, you can't have a refund, your orders partially packed and you will have to wait! Until the product we're missing comes back in stock". I'm contacting trading standards, it's beyond a joke, didn't even offer a substitute or replacement item to speed the order up. After receiving 3 emails about what they could do to get me too take down my one star review, I still haven't received the items which I told were in stock now 4/5 days ago. No refund, no items. I whole heartedly promise I will never use them again. I'm now into week 6 and still nothing. Just to add, when you receive emails about Thier promotions etc, they say they've got a 5star trust pilot rating from 10005 customers, they've got 3.2 stars, they maybe started well but check other reviews for yourself, out of 288 reviews they are sat at 3.2, that's nearly 50%. 1 star reviews. Id avoid at all costs.
Also Michael who has replied underneath hasn't got back to me at all and the support are just ignoring me aswell.
Edit: Michael from the comments below finally replied, he said he'd get a refund issued to me. That was over ten days, I've emailed him twice, still nothing back. No refund, no delivery. Their stock comes from China,so the 2-5 day postage is a lie as well.
HONESTLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Still no refund, over a week ago I was told I'd receive one. Disgusting
