3 months and no order or refund.
Placed an order over 3 months ago and still nothing. Told the same as everyone else about warehouse moving so there are delays, As soon as I asked for a refund they suddenly had been shipped so a refund couldn’t be processed. It’s likely a scam but as with others I will change my review if proven wrong.

Scammers, I emailed about an order that I put through on April 14th and after over 2 months since ordered date they have stopped replying to emails requesting refund, they’ll tell you they’ve had a change of warehouse and orders are taking longer than usual but you won’t receive anything regardless.

they have ripped off my teenage son! I gave them lots of opportunity to refund the undelivered parcel that was ordered over 2 months ago and they have failed to do so!
I have contacted Action Fraud, The financial Conduct Authority and Trading Standards! I would urge everyone else who has had the same problem to do this too! To stop anyone else falling victim!
I also think the emails are AI generated!

What a crap company.
I made an order beginning of February and still no goods, it's June now. Have sent multiple emails and each time have been FOBBED OFF, with poor lame excuses. I've even asked for a refund and they just keep beating round the bush. 4 months STILL NO ITEMS AND NO REFUND.

These cowboys are theifs. Imagine how much money they are making off us honest people. They need to be shut down.

Shambles of a company
I put 2 orders through on the 12th and 13th of may with this shambles of a company,
Still haven't received either order, I contacted them about this and they said there was a delay because of moving warehouse, I gave them the benefit of the doubt but now a month later still nothing, I contacted them again to cancel both orders and I was told because they had gone through to the warehouse I can't cancel,
Any proper company which experiences problem or delays will contact the customer to explain and apologise,
Not these, you have to contact them before finding anything out,
2-4 days tracked shipping they advertise, LIE!!!!!!!!
Anybody thinking of ordering with these should stay well clear

Ordered a chain yesterday
Ordered a chain yesterday. Immediately emailed the company to cancel my order because I saw the poor reviews online. I have asked them to cancel my order and refund it ASAP in 6 emails since yesterday but there has been no response. Have even emailed michael @misionofficial.com but he has not gotten back to me.

Do not use this company. Items ordered and paid for over a month ago. Countless emails saying they are facing delays and I'm being told they can't cancel the order or offer refunds. Absolutely shocking company.

Wish I had read the reviews first. Received an order confirmation and then nothing. I have emailed to chase and no response. 100% avoid Mission. Website advertises fast delivery which to say is misleading is an understatement. Within their emails they use a fake trust pilot screen grab stating 5 star and 1000’s of happy customers. Cheap prices for a reason I guess.

Definitely a scam
This is the biggest scam I have come across, orders placed that don’t turn up, 24 hour priority processing but items aren’t processed within a month as they claim warehouse issues and refusal to refund when the order hasn’t even been picked as they claim an item needs to be restocked now first, everyone should report this to the Retail ADR and have it looked into.
I have now reported it to my bank to see if they can follow this up as well.

Pure scam. Excuses about late delivery at every inquiry. Even said they've delivered the item when they haven't delivered anything. It's been over 3 months. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered 4 pieces in March, it has now been over a month and none of the items have come. Support had told me to wait a week before shipping, giving a new excuse every week. and are now not replying to my emails about getting an update. Do not buy from this company.
